Unprofessional, unscrupulous, and unethical FORECLOSURE MILL Attorneys that NEVER returned a single phone call to Sylvia Head... I am using my husband's profile to leave my review of the handling of my Wells Fargo Foreclosure, for 2234 Ellen Avenue, Columbus, Georgia... I made several attempts to contact anyone, for the total amount to reinstate the loan amount. It seemed to me that the receptionist that would answer the 800 number calls spoke with a heavy accent and dialect... From the country of India!!! She had even told me the false information that it was too LATE to get reinstated even though it had not been auctioned off at the Courthouse steps... I even sent a FAX begging to be reinstated 01/26/2013. I received an acknowledgement letter of my FAX, dated 02/05/2013... The day of the Non-judicial Foreclosure Auction where Wells Fargo STOLE my home of 10 years, 8-9 years of not a single payment being late because I was renting from my Mother, the original owner!!! I was overwhelmed trying to take care of 2 households when I was the sole and only caregiver while my totally disabled, bedridden Mother was battling the Advance Stages of Parkinson's Disease!!!

Only because you cannot rate minus stars? Not sure if they are good or not, they don't return calls or emails so very hard to gauge. But, if that is how they treat their clients, I am not surprised they are in the collections business. Good luck.

I am a Realtor with 18 years experience. This company was the absolute worse to deal with. These people were rude, incompetent and just absolutely horrible to work with. I hope to never have to deal with them again.

Just closed on my house today -the communication between buyers, sellers, & lenders was poor through the whole process. They were unprofessional and actually kind of rude. After reading the reviews was not sure what to expect, come to find out most people had a similar experience.

Maybe the worst firm I have ever worked with. They didnt properly check for back taxes, on top of the the fact that they closed 6 months after the initial date they set. Forced me to call the title insurance company to get reimbursement for the taxes, since their office wouldnt take my calls. Needless to say I was ecstatic when they had to bite the bullet and pay. Complete losers in this office

As a Realtor that closes 30-50 deals a year, I get to see the good, the bad and the ugly, in closing Attorneys. Unfortunately, McCalla Raymer was both bad and ugly. We closed on a Friday morning, Buyers received the keys to their new home, but Sellers never received their money. Left email messages and voice mails on Friday afternoon/evening and received nothing. But what was really upsetting was we never even received a call on Monday! I waited until 11am to see if anyone would return my pleas for help. The older couple that sold their home spent a sleepless weekend thinking their money for their home was stolen. After talking to Nina at the Roswell office, she had a bunch of excuses, but promised to immediately call the Sellers and explain. A full 20 minutes went by and no one has still called Sellers. Had to call back AGAIN! Unbelievable the amount of nonprofessional behavior displayed by this Law Firm. I will avoid, and suggest all other Real Estate agents avoid them, unless you want your perfect transaction to come apart and lose a life time client. When asked to speak to McCalla or Raymer, was told they retired years ago. I wonder if they know how their name and legacy is being (mis)represented.
