The Team At Brannon & Napier are first class. I have had the honor of working with Chris, Kelly & Jeanie for awhile now and their hearts are pure gold. I have no hesitations referring families to them. Job well done team!

Facing the illness of a parent is never easy, nor are the decisions which must be made as a result. Kelley Napier helped us not only with estate planning, but navigate the murky waters of Medicaid, Medicare, and even let us know that my mother is eligible for VA benefits we had no idea even existed (for the record: approximately 90% of those eligible are unaware; they need Kelley!). She has saved us over 100 times her fee! Not only has she proved to be extraordinarily competent counsel, she is very compassionate as well. She listened and helped us find a place for my mother. I unreservedly recommend Kelley Napier for any estate planning or elder care legal needs!

Kelley Napier did our estate planning documents and it was seamless. Kelley made it painless and easy to get our legal affairs in order. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would recommend her without hesitation. She answered all the questions we had and explained how the law worked and the affect it had on our situation. In two appointments, we were able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that our children will be taken care of when we no longer can.

Chris Brannon gave a great presentation to the Georgia Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association at the Emory Brain Center on Saturday, March 24th. Chris covered a broad array of meaningful topics about elder care legal planning and provided some great examples of why planning is so critical. He did a great job of answering many detailed questions during the hour plus discussion. Chris, many thanks on behalf of the Georgia Board for giving up your Saturday morning to help.......we know you made a difference last Saturday. Best regards, Paul Demick.

Chris Brannon and the team at Brannon Napier were able to guide me through the daunting task of the guardianship process of parent. Although I was seeking their professional expertise, I also got their calm and positive support. Chris was always patient with the numerous (and perhaps repetive!) questions I would ask, and always gave me a heads-up as far as what to expect at each stage of the process. A great law firm, and great people. Highly recommend them!

When our Mom was discharged from a hospital to a rehab center at age 96, my sister and I were in a panic. Her funds were running low and we were getting conflicting advice from many “experts” on how to get her signed up for Medicaid.

We were told we had to open a Qualified Income Trust (QIT) bank account since her income was too high. At the bank, they advised you had to have the trust established first. That’s why we contacted Brannon Napier Elder Law. Thank goodness we did.

A real person answered the phone. I told her we needed to establish a QIT. She gathered some information and advised that an attorney from the firm would call us back either that afternoon or the next morning.

Chris Brannon called me back promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as kind. With a free 30 minute call, Chris determined we did NOT need to establish a QIT because a portion of Mom’s income was not countable for Medicaid qualification. He also provided advice on how to qualify for the asset level required. This was all for free. And the advice was delivered with compassion which was so welcome given our emotional state.

Brannon Napier Elder Law will be the only firm we will contact for any legal need my Mom ever has. They have earned our trust and respect. They are a wonderful asset to the elder community. Highly recommended. Thank you Chris and team!

Chris Brannon of Brannon + Black has provided excellent legal advice and support for my family for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable of the many nuances that arise when planning for family specific needs, and has always been willing to take the time fully understand my family’s situation. Chris helped me navigate appearances in probate court and cooperated with attorneys from other practices. During these interactions, he always provided information which was helpful for me to understand and plan for the various possible outcomes, and was always able to provide the final result which was best for my family. Chris was a wonderful asset during a difficult time.
