Tom Ashenden got me 4 times what the insurance company offered. He filed the lawsuit and took all of the depositions. We were set for a jury trial when the insurance company finally paid. I recommend Tom Ashenden and his firm to anyone who has been seriously injured.

After a car wreck a couple of years ago,I was referred to Tom Ashenden's firm for help. The process was long and sometimes confusing, however, Tom and Matt treated me with dignity, respect and the utmost professionalism, and kept me informed every single step of the way. At the very beginning I was given clear and very helpful information that I seriously doubt most other law firms would even bother to mention, i.e, listening to my doctor, not letting certain "medical professionals" take advantage of my situation, etc. The little things that needed to be known, and otherwise would have caused me problems personally down the road had I not been warned. I hired Matt Hollingsworth over a dispute with my own insurance company. i expressed that i had lost around 3400 dollars total in depreciation on my vehicle and that i had documented it through appraisals before and after my car was hit and that my insurance company lowballed me after i paid $275 for an independent appraisal. Matt was honest with me from the beginning sharing different court options and how long a case like this could take based on different paths we could take.

He made return calls within 24 hours everytime i reached out to him and most days was same day responsive. He offered great and consistent advise throughout the process but allowed me to make the decision for what i wanted to do. He is an extremely patient lawyer who gets results. After he got to work he was able to to get the person who hit me insurance to take responsibility which they refused even though i was rear-ended. He negotiated firmly and we settled for more than my expected 3400 dollar loss.

I was referred to Mr. Ashenden, by another great lawyer who was working on another case for me at the time. I want to say back in 2016. I remember calling his office and believe it are not my call was actually directed to his deck. I was expecting to talk to his secretary are one of his Associates. Mr. Ashenden, picked up and we talked and I explained my case about an accident I was involved in and received injury to my right hand. He told me he couldn't make me any promise until he saw all my records and notes; but wanted me to send him everything that I had involving the incident. Several weeks later I got a call from his office to come in so we could talk further. After our meeting in person he said he would take the case.
Mr. Ashenden, made it very comfortable to talk to because of his very funny but serous personality. And I loved the fact that he wasn't making me any false promises.
I already had my disposition and it went great. So I was just sitting back waiting for a court date when the Friday before Christmas while Mr. Ashenden, was on vacation with his family he called me to tell me the insurance company made an offer. We talk and I declined the offer and he was totally ok with it. But what impressed me the most was he could have waited until after the holidays, but he told me he wanted me to know.

My roommate and I were in a car accident where the other party was at fault, this was my first accident with injuries. I didn't know what the laws were or where to start and a friend gave us Tom Ashenden's name. Best call I ever made. We left a voice mail on the Saturday after our accident and Tom called us back within 15 minutes of the voice mail.

I explained what had happened. I knew nothing regarding the law on what needed to be done or how to go about what I needed to do. Tom was very easy to talk to and explained the process. I emailed him pictures of the injuries we received during the accident, along with the police report.
