My closing was handled perfectly. The legal assistants were very kind and respectful.

I agree with Adrienne Lewis. Very difficult to communicate with these people. Very unprofessional. I have been trying to get my earnest money check back for nearly a month now. They ignore most of my emails.

Horrible Experience! I was a cash transaction that should have taken 20 minutes but now over 2 hours and still sitting here. Lobby full of people and it’s obvious there is a shortage of rooms and attorneys due to the excessive number of closings scheduled, but everyone was told we are waiting on this or waiting on that from a 3rd party. Please take responsibility, seems the real problem is too many closings scheduled with not enough resources to cover. Hopefully will never be back to this office. Horrible

I've worked with Smith, Cavin & Corbin for over 10 year as they are the NACA designated Closing Attorney. As a NACA Knowledgeable agent, I've had what feels like 1000s of closings with them. They are always professional and pleasant to work with. They go above and beyond to assist you in getting your real estate transaction closed. As a real estate broker and as an individual who purchased a home via the NACA program, they have been fantastic on all of my transactions.

Called there office because a client of mine that was preparing a will wanted to make sure the wife was on title. I was transferred to a young lady by the name of Wendy Wood (because she spoke Spanish) I have never been treated so rude from a settlement attorney's office and I call so many of them in the metro area all the time. This company to me seems like they need to do a great amount of training on people skills to the people that represent them. I am so glad the client didn't hear her say what she said because they would of felt really upset too. How can a family know where to find something "online" or at the courthouse if they can barely speak English and or can't even read. Your office charged them settlement fee's, I think it's fair to say that they can at least call and ask a simple question and not be told to go and google it. WOW! shame on them!

Very poor service. Closing instructions were sent to them on March 12. It is now March 14, 12:30. They did not even bother to open the instructions. All parties, broker, selling and listing agents have called and emailed them multiple times. They simply ignore all the messages. Closing is March 15 morning. Not sure if it would happen. Rate lock is also expiring.

Closing in a house in Sandy Springs recently. The lawyers were amazing and well informed. They made the home buying process an ease.

I found it difficult to get updates and response in a timely manner.
