This was the worse attorney experienced of my life. He took on my divorce case Knowing I did not have a lot of money and didn’t defend me like a professional with integrity. Instead for financial gain he sold me out to the other party (ex husband) by giving them my personal information documents bank accounts etc. They won the case against me by using the confidential information provided to him
By me his client. He should be disbarred. He’s a disgrace to lawyers in general. This was a divorce case my children life and future was on the line. But the money took from the opposing lawyer out way his oath to do the right thing. My ex husband was able to laugh and brag about how bad of a lawyer I had. On top of the fact that I was getting a divorce it was the worst experience of my life.

Really wish I read the reviews before I hired him to represent me. He doesn't return calls and did nothing on my case just to later say he cant because its out of state( but you knew this when I gave you copies of the paper work) but you took my money any way and three months later I have to find an attorney for my case. This guy really should have his license taken. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!

This man took my money. Cause of poor service he told me I will give you a refund of half the deposit. This man still haven't gave me a refund neither returned my calls. I never in my life experienced a person of this profession to act this way toward a client that really needed you. Please be careful. I gave him my last and the sad thing about it he told me I will refund the difference and still haven't kept his word on that either. Unbelievable!!!! Just sad can't believe this.

Should be disbarred.

Mr. Melnick had the nerve to refer to me and my mother as "you people". work ethic is horrible, poor communication skills, just all around a terrible attorney. do not contact this guy you will regret it.

Jonathan Melnick did the worst job on my DUI. First off I was wrong driving under the influence. I got a DUI in 2007. I did blew a .11 and the limit is .08. I had a drink in a half over the limit. I found him and he assured me he can help me. He did something which was push my case back and back and back etc..... He said if he can do this for two years the statue of limitations will terminate my DUI. I took the DUI class he instructed me to as well. After two years he said I'm good. That's not the case. I have a perfect driving record etc... I finally go to court in 2016. THE DUI STUCK, THE JUDGE EVEN ASKED HIM WHY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR ME TO GO TO COURT, THEY DO NOT HAVE MY DUI CLASS INFO SO I HAVE TO TAKE IT AGAIN. BLEW .11, PERFECT DRIVING RECORD, DUI IN 2007... FINALLY WENT TO COURT 2016. JUDGE WAS COOL BUT MELNICK DID ZERO. DONT USE HIM FOR ANY DUI CASE PLEASE DONT. YOU WILL GO DOWN. I KNOW PPL WHO BLEW 2 TO 3 TIMES THE LIMIT AND GOT OFF 100%. AND WENT TO COURT 2 MONTHS AFTER. I WENT YEARS AND STUCK. DONT USE HIM!!!!!

Melnick has had my case file for nearly a year and has been paid in full. My family has not been able to move forward from my mother's death because he has not done what he has been paid to do. He does not communicate in a reasonable amount of time. He states that he has done something when he has not. The documents that were filed where outdated. This has been the WORST experience ever. If you want your case to be dragged out for months and years, this is the person to go with. STILL waiting for closure.
