Jean did an excellent Job on my NIW case. It helps a lot if you have all the information that she needs to give your case the best chance of success. I had known that I would use her services as I had good referrals , just needed time to work on my resume in a way that makes it easier to make a case.

I like the fact the fact that she gives no guarantees on the success of the case but discusses with you on the strengths and weakness of the case, that way you work on improving the weaknesses. I personally feel that is the key to success open discussion and you knowing what you need to put on the table, rather than being passive about everything, you need to do some work.

The whole process took around one year and throughout this process she was extremely helpful and professional in all the suggestions and responses to my questions. We contacted Jean Padberg for my husband's change of status, from a tourist visa to I-485, since I'm a US Permanent Resident. I appreciated the straight answers and clear explanations on what we're supposed to fill. Jean is very knowledgeable and very honest. If your case is within the law perimeter, she's the one to call. One the other hand, if your legal circumstances are not favorable, she will NOT deceive you with false promises. I can testify on this, since we were the recipients of such honesty. Jean is extremely helpful! We had an unexpected situation when our appointment for Green Card interview was cancelled due to weather conditions, and USCIS office was closed for unknown period of time.
