Worst experience ever. Sanjay is the managing attorney. I am an investor and was selling a contract to an end buyer. I gave all paperwork and information to begin titlework. I had my buyers agent get in contact with them and we set a close date. Sanjay and his office never confirmed the close date we suggested. The reason why is because it took until 10 days later the day before closing, they decide to complete closing title work only to find out of a pending lawsuit against the property. So now my buyer has sent out and paid his architect, appraiser and has deposits with several contractors and his lender has all funds in place only to be told we cannot do the deal. This information could have been announced to me wayyyy earlier! Will not recommend and I will never do business with them again. The lack of communication is ridiculous!

Worden & Asociados is one of the best real estate attorney's in Atlanta. He has been able to close with less than 3 days notice many times and his staff is very helpful especially Keiara. Sanjay is very knowledgable and helpful. Sanjay has a very caring heart and likes to get to know his clients. I have worked with Sanjay since 2017 and he is always our go to attorney.

Do not every close here...EVER. This man failed to close our property deed after closing and when we went to sell the property wasn’t ours. Just a ridiculous crook.
