I guess I'm just unlucky. I made an 11am appointment. Alex Mitchell called and asked if we could reschedule for 1pm due to him having court, no problem I understand. I arrived at 12:45pm and checked in at the front desk, he called the office and asked them to let me know that he had just finished up and would be about 30 minutes later. Again I had no problem. But at 2pm I asked if it would be much longer, they tried to contact Alex on the phone, no answer. I waited until 2:30pm but I had to return to work. It is now 6:45pm, 15 minutes until they close and still not so much as a phone call to at least apologize. Alex I honestly hope that you don't treat all new potential clients like this!

Update: Alex did eventually give me a call at 8:30pm. But having a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately i had already scheduled an appointment with another attorney.

Take from this what you want (as no one is perfect) I'm just sharing my experience.

Just wanted to thank Alex for all his help. I originally went with a tax debt company from a radio station (company not located in Atlanta, Ga) and felt as if they were taking their time with my case. I selected Alex based on google reviews and that it’s hard to find a tax attorney that’s apart of the community. Even though I did not qualify for an offer, Alex did enter me into an agreement and actually removed penalties. I am satisfied with the outcome.
