Do not use Tim Gardner as your car accident lawyer. He screwed me and my fiance out of 21 GRAND. Gave us $40,000 for my fiancès truck, and still owes us 21 GRAND we have still have not received. Our car accident was 8/14/2017. Hard to get a hold of him, never answers phone calls or texts. Horrible lawyer.
