Mrs Torpey was more than helpful. Went above & beyond. Even after my case was over, she was still available for any & all questions I had.

Kelly was awesome! She does her job very well, and got our case settled promptly and with very little frustration on our part! lol. I would absolutely use her services again if ever needed.

Stacey was awesome from start to finish. She exceeded all my expectations. She's very knowledgeable of the law and guided me throughout the entire process. She returned my calls & emails promptly and always kept in touch with me throughout the process. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a WC attorney to definitely give Stacey Torpey a call. I am completely satisfied with the level of service I received!!

these are your typical work comp attorneys who just treat you like another case load & don't care! solicited their services to me out of nowhere & before I could even sign up with them they were already telling me I needed to do. Also Kelly in particular who I was dealing with as my attorney "MISINFORMED" me as her client to do certain things that caused the value of my case to DRASTICALLY DECLINE!!! the injury I have to my hand is still a disability based on the severity of the damage done to my radial nerve.

Stacey Torpey and Kelly Benedict are the go-team for workers compensation. Together they bring twenty plus years of experience to this specialized field. Both are knowledgeable, competent and accessible to their clients. Plus, they care.

My experience with Stacey & Kelly was amazing; they were very knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and always provided the information that I called for each time in full detail!! They were honest with me from the beginning, which helped reduce my stress level during a very difficult time. In addition, they continually kept me informed on what was going on with my case. I would highly recommend this law firm and Stacey or Kelly as lawyers!!

Never having been in a Workers Comp type of situation before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Kelly Benedict walked me through each phase of my case and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

First of all, I was going to be working with Stacey Torpey for my worker's compensation claim. I was referred to them through Ken Nugget law office. I was willing to work with them at first. I had no problems with them at all, until now. The other day, I decided that I wanted to represent myself and not let them represent me. It wasn't nothing that the office did to make discontinue my services with them. I had actually called the office twice to see if Stacey Torpey could call me back in regards to withdrawing me so that I could work with the worker's compensation insurance claims adjuster. She said that she could not work with me if I was working with an attorney. After talking to the claims adjuster, I emailed the attorney to see if she could withdraw me and they responded back yesterday. Tell me, if they thought I was calling numerous times, why did they not pick up the phone? How unprofessional are they? Ok, I called again today, and a lady by the name of Kelly stated that I have called numerous times and I said I was just calling to see if they could email my claims adjuster a copy of the withdrawal contract and she said you have a copy on your email. See if they have an email and see if you have an email. I just thought that it would have been easier for them to fax it to my claims adjuster since I was limited on money. I knew it would probably be free for them. My claims adjuster did not want to take an email. She wanted it faxed. The thing that really got to me was the attitude that Kelly had. It was a good thing that it came to this point because it allowed me to see how this law firm was. I will not recommend my family or friends here.
