I hired Elkhalil Law, P.C. for 2 services: 1) City of Smyrna of GA took over my commercial building for community developments. For months, I could not get the city to pay me. I flew in Atlanta from California to meet Mr. Elkhalil after a friend of mine introduced me to him. I met Mr. Elkhalil on Tuesday morning, the following Monday Mr. Elkhalil handed me a check of $1,205,000.00. This law firm solved my issues in less than 5 working days.
2) In mid-March 2018 I asked Mr. Elkhalil's assistance in purchasing a commercial property in Marietta of GA. I sent him property's info on Friday evening, the following Tuesday Mr. Elkhalil presented sales contract to the selling broker. We closed the sales in less than 15 days with a saving of more than $100,000 from appraisal value.
