Mr. Holloway worked on my case about 2 years ago, he was paid 5,000 to defend me for a MISDEMEANOR. I only met him ONE time out of the whole time he represented me and that was literally the last day of court. I can count on one hand how many times we spoke on the phone it was IMPOSSIBLE to get him on the phone. I understand that he's a busy man but if someone is paying their hard earned money the LEAST he could do was return a phone call. When I met him at court I feel like I was rushed and I received bad council from him. What lawyer on this God green earth advises a FIRST time offender for a misdemeanor NOT to use their right to plead First Offenders? Not advising his client that NOT using it will lead to them having a criminal record FOREVER, when instead it could have been expunged. If you want someone to accurately defend you PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. OVER PRICED AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY WORTH. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through with this law firm.

I hired Mr Holloway for a family member after the attorney we paid $2250 for (Jim Rife), didn’t have the time of day for us. We were told 24 hours before our scheduled court date (and only because I reached out to him to see if he had been in touch with the DA since court was in 24 hours) that Jim Rife had the flu and was bedridden. Jim Rife was unwilling to explore any option such as asking another attorney to cover him out under the circumstances, and he refused to reach out to the DA by phone to try to come up with any solution. He simply expected my family member to wait another month until another court date. Rehab had been arranged and paid for and waiting another month was not an option we felt was fair at all.
So, I called Mr. Holloway’s firm and spoke to Stephanie (very professional) about our circumstances. She had Mr. Holloway call me immediately. He put me on HOLD and called the DA to speak with him about our situation. Mr Holloway took on our case and showed up for court the next morning. He was able to negotiate with the DA and got our family member out of jail and to the rehab facility that was paid for and waiting for him.
Mr Holloway did more on 18 hours than (Jim Rife) did in six weeks.
Mr Holloway even followed up by email to check in on my family member as to if he got to rehab okay.

Saved Me Thousands in Insurance

I was recently caught speeding in a construction zone. Some people may not realize that if you are found guilty of this violation, it results in points on your license which significantly increases your insurance rates. Most other attorneys, even those that say they are 'DUI Experts", will only cast gloom and doom on you and tell you to plead guilty. They will not vigorously represent and defend you like Phil does. The others will tell you that you have no case and to plead guilty but NOT Phil. He will defend you to the end and you will know it.
