Run now if you still can by far the worst place you can go to juanita is so rude and unprofessional she sets up payments plans and waives fees and then changes her mind messed up on paper work and then wants to charge fees and same day service is just a straight lie if u want to be robbed and have ur time wasted and be treated like a dog come here but then again maybe she just treats her own people that way but Michael was very nice and professional but doesn't speak up about how rude Juanita is so she runs the show there so run now if u still have your money i would have gave them 0 stars if it was possible

My first encounter with Our Community Document Services was very pleasant and professional. My phone calls were handled in a very timely manner as well as setting up appointments that meets the needs of my schedule.
This business has a passion with grassroots commitment to serve the needs of the people within this community. I highly recommend Our Community Documents because of their honesty and knowledge of the process that is needed to complete document process. They do not falsify or pretend to be attorneys but have large access to community base information. If they cannot meet your needs they have no problem referring you to community Access to help you.
A five-star business☆☆☆☆☆

Juanita filled out my paperwork incorrectly even though I was very specific about what I wanted. Now my case is becoming more stressful because of the missunderstanding her negligence has caused

Wow, I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely. I've paid the business in full. And once I did, I've been brushed under the rug and set aside. I feel that my case is not important enough for Juanita to give me the time to answer my questions or concerns. I would never again pay this company in full unless you like to waste money. I'll be placing my review and experience on yelp as well. I've been hung up on multiple times (never have I been treated that way with a supposed professional company) and juanita threatened to file a harassment case against me because I called their office requesting a status of my matter just wanting to find out what is going on. I guess the new customer's business is more important or takes precedence over their clients who have paid them in full. Unbelievable. And as a follow up I have now receive further threatening text messages from Juanita threatening to sue me for my reviews which I have now not only placed on Facebook, but as well as yelp, manta, linked in, and BBB. I will be calling the board tomorrow as well because this person should not be giving out legal advice. I will post my review on as many websites as I can find. It's a shame that "professionals," especially in the customer service industry, or even the way people treat other people, find it okay to yell at, hang up on, and threaten paying clients. Word of mouth is a very powerful thing.
