Frank Is mistake that prolonged my legal issues and drained my retainer faster than he used up my court fee account. Did you notice he was always in his office... He is the single worst mistake...
He is a multi-functional practicing attorney out there... no specialty, no area of expertise, no reason to give him any money for NOTHING..!!!!

Mr. Prainito's initial consultation with me was lengthy and reasonably priced. He spent a lot of time listening to the facts of my case and then reviewing the process. I felt comfortable hiring him as he seemed to understand the issues of the case, my concerns and was very experienced in handling child support matters. More importantly I was happy with the outcome of my case as he won me a significant decrease in child support payments.

In 2006, I was sued for child support by a former coworker of mine that accused of being the biological father of her child. When Attorney Prainito agreed to represent me, I was nearly out-of-options due to three previous attorneys turning me down. I didn’t know what the end result of the case would be at the time, but I prayed, and left it in Attorney Prainito’s hands. Immediately, he negotiated with the Attorney for Child Support Services to perform a DNA test to establish paternity. After completing my portion of the paternity test, I deployed to Iraq with the Marines, while he handled the case over the following 7 months. At the end of 2006, I returned from Iraq and began preparing for my upcoming court date. At the court appearance, Attorney Prainito informed the court that when I was accused of being the father of this child, I was forced to sign statements by my military command while under duress, that I was denied due-process by my command in the Marine Corps, and was never afforded my right to a paternity test. The attorney representing child support services then informed the court that my accuser had defied 3 court orders to establish paternity through the State of New York where she resided, and that I had cooperated fully with the court and followed through with all of my obligations. Once both sides spoke, the judge stated that because my accuser failed to meet the court’s requests, and because I had fully cooperated, it was in the best-interest of the court to protect my rights as a resident of California; therefore, ruling in my favor. The judged also stated that I was not obligated to child support and if my accuser desired to move forward in the future, she would be mandated to establish paternity. I didn’t know it at the time, but after winning my case, Attorney Prainito told me that he didn’t think we would, in fact, win. Since then, I had not had any form of communication or contact with my accuser until recently when I contacted her about lingering and unanswered questions regarding the accusations she levied against me. It was at this time she informed me that she had lied about the entire situation. When she found out she was pregnant, she knew it wasn’t my child, but proceeded anyway to entrap and frame me. She deliberately set out to make me believe I was the father of her child, she ruined my reputation at work; she refused to establish paternity, and she created an environment that forced me to relocate several times over the next 2 decades. For 20 years, I was called a dead-beat by my coworkers; I was accused of fathering a bastard-child, and as a result have suffered enormous anxiety and stress that forced me to receive counseling. It can even be argued that, because of the weight of this false accusation, I was passed over for promotions and other career opportunities while in the Marine Corps. In the end, I feel semi-vindicated knowing that what I knew the entire time was true; that I was not her child’s biological father. However, I can’t thank Attorney Prainito enough for believing in me, taking my case, being my advocate, and representing me. Without Attorney Prainito’s hard-work and tenacity, this would have destroyed me financially. As I was speaking with my accuser, she told me that Attorney Prainito was an “attack dog” and that he literally put the “fear of God” in her. I can’t thank Attorney Prainito enough for saving my life.

This guy is a pompous a-hole, his snobby attitude prompted me to just hang up the phone. He clearly could not follow the conversation and continuously tried to make me feel stupid for not knowing the laws that he was supposed to show me.

We are so grateful that we were referred to Frank Prainito by a friend! He quickly drew up a will, trust, durable power of attorney, & arranged all the paperwork for Quitclaim Deeds in two different counties. He did it all 2 days after our meeting. He was always there when we had questions or concerns, even when we interrupted him during a meeting. Thank you for helping us through this difficult time with wisdom, tact, & professionalism!

I was the victim of a bad marriage. I was referred to Frank Prainito by a friend who had experienced similar abuse issues with her baby’s father. I hired Frank to handle my divorce and domestic violence problems. Frank filed for orders and within 2 days we appeared in court. Frank convinced the judge to awarded me Sole Legal and Sole Physical Custody and then filed the divorce papers. The father ended up with supervised visitations and a $2,500 a month child support order. Frank did not stop there as he was able to prove to the court this father had a good source of income and also discovred hidden bank accounts which he was able to freeze. I ended up with over $100,000 in cash and a large spousal support payment in addition to the child support. I will highly recommend Frank to everyone that needs a good lawyer.

Quality is less than zero..
I hired Frank for a simple probate issue because he was cheap and available all hours of the day(clue). His retainer was $3500.00 plus filing fees. I would meet with Frank and discuss a plan of action, when I would follow up a week later he had no recollection and did none of it.
He quickly burned through my retainer and then was siphoning off my filing fees. When I realized Frank was incompetent I quickly fired him. His office never had other clients there when I would meet him(clue). There is so much more to say but I'm limited to space.
Anyone else be careful.!!!

I retained Mr. Prainito for a very complex divorce and I highly recommend his services. He was willing to fight for what I wanted in the outcome of the divorce, and constantly gave me advice of how to interact with my ex. My divorce was such a hard and emotional experience to go through, and Mr. Prainito was very aware of the emotional stresses I had, and was very good and helpful with guiding me through this experience. He would always prepare me for our court appearances, helping me settle my worries. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was worth every penny!
