Wish I could rate 0 stars. Started my divorce off with Aaron Hudson, who was fantastic and responsive. Attorney was switched without my notice or consent while I was overseas. New team would rarely have time to answer my calls and took up to a month to answer emails. After exhausting my retainer with this cycle of abuse, they had the audacity to request another $1000 from me. When I emailed to ask why, when work hadn't been done on my case in months, I received an email (from a billing clerk mind you) a month later, but by this point I had secured other council. An uncontested divorce shouldn't take 2 years.

When I first went to this law firm I had Carrol Miller who was AMAZING. Then she left so I was not made aware of my new attorney until about 2 weeks prior to my trial and only after I paid the amount they were requesting. So I had Julia Quinn who was great at what she does but she was late 3 times in 2 hearings. This whole time I felt like my case was just put on the back burner with this law firm. They never got my courtcall request sent out when I thought they were working on in in January then I found out the Friday in the afternoon and only because i called before my hearing today (Monday) that my attorney left the firm. So I didn't have an attorney or courtcall because I live out of the state. I was assigned someone to do a special appearance BUT he was not hearing me or even on my side. His response to my order that was placed was well we will just go for an ex party to get it fixed, more money out of my pocket instead of speaking for me the first time. I paid this law firm to represent me and be on MY side yet that has not happened. I feel like I have not been heard and I have some attorney who isn't even in family law he does criminal law who has "dabbled" in family law.

Bottom line - Divorce is hard and it's no fun! But if you're looking for a team who listens, will support you and will fight for you - look no further than Schank & Associates! Best decision I made through this difficult time in my life.

If you are looking for the best look no further. Christian Schank & Associates are far the best in Riverside and surrounding counties. When it comes to the best for the child they will get to the truth even when the opposing party is looking at the child as their paycheck. When a opposing parties feels the need to go on and give a bad review of your attorney than you know you have the best.

Child custody cases and divorce cases are tricky. I had to relocate out of state for my job and custody was an issue as this would be a greater than the maximum distance allowed.
