will disregard photo & video proof, dismiss proof, and believes hearsay without any proof to back it up. Recommended that my abuser take a 26-week batterer program, but still recommend 50/50 custody. Do not fall victim to this man. Read the other reviews too. My therapist was appalled by his opinions. STAY AWAY!

Very Disappointed in Jim Husen as counsel for representing me in my divorce Jim was not forthright in matters and I regret tremendously in hiring him. Cost me a great deal of time money and also in my dealings with the courts to finish the rest of my divorce that he never completed. It was about money only and never had my best interest at all

Mr. Husen was my lawyer through a very complicated divorce and, later, the termination of parental rights. He is a very kind, competent, and thorough lawyer. This attorney is the lowest of the low. He claims to be a Christian Lawyer but his ethics and morals will be swayed by money, like any other attorney. He represented a man, who has an open marraige, and after his wife became pregnant by another man they accepted child support, allowed the true biological father parental rights, and allowed the development of a paternal relationship with the biological father and his family after over 2 years decided that He was the father despite what DNA says and stripped the child away from her biological dad and other family. He does not look out for the best interest of the child, only his own wallet. He is against parental equality and fathers rights. He should be disbarred. If you're looking for an attorney who will cause undo stress and emotional abuse to your children, this is the lawyer for you!
