Dawn Saenz from Riverside is a money hungry attorney that charges $350 an hour an extends every letter and message to exagerate her fees that she can not collect because she is so desperate for money to keep her failing small practice in business. She kept my daughter away from me for nearly two years by lying and delaying the case and now for NO reason she wont let me see my daughter or cooperate with the judges orders. Dawn works for FREE for my Ex just to screw me over financially and try to win sanctions FOR ATTORNEY FEES she can not collect unjustly which get's denied each time, leaving her in tears at the end since she is so desperate for the money she wants to steal from an honest working father like me. Within 2 years of her suing me for everything she can think of she made less money than she made by suing me which shows just how smart she is. She is the WORT FAMILY LAW attorney every, rude, a liar, opportunity and will steal your money and loose you case like she did against me as I was Pro Per AND I still beat her at her own game due to her inconsistent lies under penalty of perjury and absurd DISGUSTING PERSONALITY AND DEMEANOR in court. NEVER HIRE Her unless you want to loose your case. I have a lot of proof over 1000 pages from our case that she instigated and continued to delay in hopes of collecting more attorney fees and I won every case against her lies an am about to get my custody back since her client and her are not complying with the judges orders and still causing the court further delays. time and money! This needs to stop and she needs to loose her Attorneys license and be banned from life by the BAR as she is exactly what an attorney should not be or do.

I would like to thank Dawn Saenz Attorney at Law for handling our divorce case. With my first attorney, nothing was getting done. In fact, I was in contempt of court without even knowing about it. I was referred to Dawn by a friend and immediately I was seeing results. She was sharp in court and saved me several times from situations that were brought on by my ex-wife. I had owed over $135k in back spousal support and was ordered to pay $1k a month. Well we got things settled and I only paid $50k with $0 payments a month. This company is a joke!! I got into an accident, my car was totaled and i was stuck in hospital for 2 weeks!! I called Dawn Saenz office, as i was recommended and they said I had no chance and did not want to help me! They did not give me 5 minutes to explain my story or anything just told me no! This is unprofessional and horrible service! Thanks a lot.

The law office of dawn is a damn joke. Try calling the office an hour after they opened, it just rang an rang, then when i get an answer they hang up!! Just horrible. I will be letting others know about this and i will NOT be recommending you!! Get it together!

This attorney is a joke. Could not even show up to court when my case was presented in trial. Complete waste of time and money. Very unprofessional.

Long story short, my infant daughter was taken from me because my ex lied in court and said I abused our child. A 3 week temporary restraining order was granted to him and my infant daughter was taken from me. The next day I was non stop looking for a good attorney to help me get my daughter back. I met Dawn Saenz, and the moment I sat down to talk to her about the case I knew I wanted to hire her as my attorney. Sweet, caring, professional, and hard working. We went to court3 weeks later, and that same day i got my daughter back. Now I have full custody and my ex getting 2 visits a week. I believe that with out Dawn I would not be holding my daughter in my arms at this moment. I am forever grateful! She fought hard for me and got the job done! I hired Ms. Saenz to deal with a highly abusive situation against my ex husband. She was compassionate, so efficient, and listened so well to what was going on with my case. It was awful and she was the first person to say she could help me and finally make things right. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. Dawn made me feel safe for the first time in a long time. I was always able to get ahold of someone at her office and never went a long time without being responded to. She was so patient with me and so reassuring.

AMAZING LAW OFFICE. I wish there were more stars to select here. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Saenz and her team. Ms. Saenz has represented my family for several years now, and I wouldn't change counsel if my life depended on it.
I have had 2 prior attorneys on my family law case prior to Ms. Saenz taking the reins. If you're in hot water....she's the equivalent of a cleaner on a crime scene....but it's best to get Ms. Saenz on your case before someone else screws it up.
Ms. Saenz and her staff are extremely prompt in responses (rare for an attorney)...and when time is money, Ms. Saenz doesn't waste either for her clients. I found that her billing practices were extremely fair; delegation to her paralegals and administrative staff in order to save clients cost and also not overbilling for case issues which were not hers, nor the clients fault. In events of an emergency, she was right on top of the issue and did not delay one minute. When I need her, she's there. When I think I need her, she's there to tell me that everything is okay.
In the court room, Ms. Saenz is savvy, and extremely proficient in negotiation and client management....she knows what she's doing and she does it well. I have NEVER had an issue in my case that didn't resolve in a positive manner due to her tact, foresight and confidence. Ms. Saenz can control a courtroom like a dominatrix tames a business man. You almost want to bring popcorn and watch her work. It's awesome.
Don't waste your time calling anyone else, seriously....get this lawyer on your case before the other party does....you do NOT want to go up against her in court....and you'll have to find someone bigger and better than Ms. Saenz to represent you and honestly....they don't exist.
