Loved working with this company, Lawyers Title. I recommend Escrow Officer Debbie Strickland... she was a pleasure to work with. Took my calls, answered my questions. She really was on top of the whole thing from beginning to closing. I would recommend her if you are looking for an Escrow Company. She did a great job.

I have had many transactions over a long period of time with Lawyer's Title and they have always done a fantastic job and treated me professionally and with respect. Great people. Anyone saying they had a bad experience sounds like they are unreasonable or expected something outside normal business practices. I know a lot of employees at this company after so many transactions and they are top notch!

It's their world and you're just living in it. I've experienced working with this branch of this company for a few real estate transactions as the buying agent. Communication is lacking to non-existent and many things went overlooked throughout the process. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Dont deal with them. They dont provide the service and support you need when you need. Hard to get hold of right person. They are strictly business hours. No one knows what the other person is doing with your file. So ask when your representative Is available only.

I'd rather eat nails then deal with these people again. They lie and delay everything. They claim they never got my cashiers check and mysteriously a week later they find it and they owe me a refund of $800 and claimed they sent it out and its been 2 weeks with no response. Avoid them!
