scam call supposedly owe $ to an account they cant name

Scam , calling from local number about fake currier delivery and saying to call 1-8##. Fake scam don’t call

Scam Artists. Do not give them your money.

I was contacted by this firm about a week or two ago about an account that I tried to resolve before but was unable to. Bradford Stevens and Associates assisted me with the utmost professionalism. I was able to get my situation handled with such ease.

Fake and not even good at that.

I received a robo dial call from this company with a press 1 or whatever number it was option. It stated that they were seeking me for litigation. It seems the company was trying to represent themselves as a law office. These are obviously Shady debt collectors, who have no idea what they're doing. I work in credit repair. I have my crdit accounts Frozen so no one can purchase anything without my consent. And I know exactly what I have and have not purchased. When I pressed whatever number it was I got transferred to a collection agent, accusing me of some debt that I have no recollection of with a credit card company I've never done business with. When I told him as a matter of fact that my accounts are frozen so there's no way anybody could have opened up credit my name, and that any information previously would have been 10 years or older when I have identity stolen, which by the way would be waaaay beyond the statute of limitations, if such a debt ever really existed. He made some clicking sound and said, “oh yeah it must be older than 10 years old.” Or something to such affect. I do have the conversation recorded. What truly upset me, is that he had my social security number.

I politely told him to put me on his Do Not Call list. This company is attempting to steal information and collect money from people who do not owe them any money. Even attempting to represent themselves as a law office. This sort of business is Despicable.

I decided to write this so that other people can know that this company is Shady. Obviously it's a scary call when somebody from a lawyer's office is trying to get you to pay them, especially when they have your personal information. This is not a legitimate company and do not give these people any money!

SCAMMM!!! Called my in laws house using my married name about a "civil" case " against me forma credit card from Texaco back in 1995. Not sure how they got my last four digits of my SS # But didn't know my maiden name which the old card was under... card was paid off $200) in 96. Idiots in action be warned

Fake... Scam artists going through public records, have a "local" document delivery service call, give you a reference # and a 877 number to call. Then they tell you that they are "going to sue you" for a debt that is either old or resolved, or both. They are scam scum, and they will never pursue it any further if you ignore them. They are just threatening to sue in the hopes that you will send them money. I reported them to my state's Attorney General, the Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the Federal Trade Commission. Don't deal with them and don't let them scare you. Just scum sucking off the bottom of the dumpster...

Called me saying I owe on a shell credit card from 23 years ago. I currently have a shell credit card and called shell credit myself and no such lawsuit exists. Filing a police report for fraud against them
