Connie answer the phone if she wants and if she doesn't she is not answering at all. I signed the paper for Apostille service there, 237$ they would charge my card if it's done correctly. I needed it to be done on my original paper!!!! not on copy!!! because it was going to Russia. Already complicated enough. So , did a research , it cost only 24$ at the actual secretary of state office in LA, and it's done the same day. With Connie I would have to wait 3 days. (that what Regus told me) So I thought only 2 hours past since I dropped my paper, and I think can call and cancel. I called to the number on the site, woman (Connie)answered and told me it's to late my paper done and sent back to Riverside, how come? I asked.So fast my original paper traveled to LA and back. It's all done and shipped - she answered. She lied. Tracking number didn't exist. But my card was already charged at that time. After I called, she ran to do the Apostille on the faxed copy, as fast as she can, prior charging my card. How is it cost at the office 24$ and with her 237$ -m Please please don't do it. Very rude unprofessional person. Today i went to pick up my paper at Regus, Riverside. They don't care what they gave me. Apostille not on the original paper, because she never ever seen it. Apostille put on the faxed copy with her own notary. What a waste of my money. I was stupid and didn't do research before i signed the paper and wrote my card info. I thought it's a company, but instead it one woman Connie Guzman, who does what she wants. Very disappointing. I have apostile now on the copy for my foreign paper. And IT COST ME 237$ !!!!and took 3 days, what a scam
