Anyone who is considering asking this law firm to represent you or to even ask a simple question like me. "DO I NEED A LAWYER." I hope this helps you all out. This is an email I sent them on Sept. 6, 2018.
"To Whom it may Concern,
I first initially contacted your law firm August 8th to ask a simple question of do I need a m\law firm to represent me. I first spoke to Josie. I verbally gave her my situation. Long story short, it took two weeks before I received an email from Manny Dimas. Asking a few questions which I answered. Today marks two weeks since that reply. Below is the email in question. Since the first time I called this firm, I have received very little help with my situation. Plain and simple I was asking if I needed a lawyer for my issues with Workmans Comm. Since I called this firm I get ring no answer, when I call right back someone goes off hook and then on hook. Hanging up on me! I get and email from this Manny Dimas, and I answer the questions, been over two weeks now still no response. I called yesterday and was left on hold for 20 minutes, then I hung up(giving up). I asked to speak to Josie or Manny. I guess putting me on hold and leaving me there took care of me. Look I contacted you all to see if I needed a lawyer. If you think this is not worth a lawyers time , fine I have no problem with that. But I think its a bit more professional by calling and saying no to me. I hope you take care of my fellow co-worker better then you handle me. Because he recommended your firm. He is a client of yours. I spoke to him yesterday and told him what I am going through, and warned him to keep track of this firm. I sent to you Manny sensitive information. Please destroy it for me. I really do not want a firm keeping my private papers.
I hope this helps anyone out who is considering this law firm.

Worst "Help" I have ever had. Gave me run arounds met my attorney once. Communication is lacking. When it was time for my actual case ended up working with some strange attorney that I didn't know who basically gave me advice to do everything that was in the best interest of me...not. Well needless to say I would not refer this law firm.
