I am just now wrapping up a 4 year grueling divorce case. I had previous council that came highly recommended and had a matching fee schedule. Within a very short time I had burned through $10,000 of fees and had nothing in the way of results to show for it. After a short period of going it alone I was forced to retain council once again. I had the attorney with the plush office and all the bells and whistles. They took my money and were offended when I questioned their effectiveness and results. I would much rather have the second generation attorney working out of the same office building that his father built 40 plus years ago. Chris is regular guy that gets you the results you want at a fair price because he doesn't waste your fees on all the frills.
