I hired this attorney to help me with my bankruptcy. My fiancé (now husband) we're planning on getting married and I asked Mr. Blaylock if getting married would affect or change my bankruptcy. He told me it would have NO affect on it whatsoever. A couple months after getting married he then let's me know that because I'm now married he needs all my husbands information, social security number, income and employment information. Of course my husband and I are worried now to hand over all his information when we are told getting married wouldn't change or affect anything. I even asked Mr. Blaylock that it was probably a mistake getting married before my bankruptcy was done and he said IT WAS!!!! Now we're not going through with the bankruptcy and HE WONT RETURN OUR MONEY!!! Also I had to practically harass him to even start my bankruptcy paperwork. I paid him in July and didn't see paperwork until October. Do not use Mr. Blaylock. You won't get the services you paid for and he won't refund your money when he gives you bad advice. Also he had the nerve to say I was being uncooperative with giving my husbands information. BAD BUSINESSMAN

Just called him the other day asking for advise on papers I was served he was the best at answering all my questions I had called another place and they had shut me down wouldn't even answer my questions unless I paid $100 for the consult, but not Gary thank you!
