John T. Dean is not only an Attorney at Law, he is also a Landlord and a dishonest one at that. He collected rent from my wife and I and then claimed that he had never received it. His ways are despicable and his ethics are more than questionable. If he's this unscrupulous in simple property rental situations... I cringe at the what he'd do from a legal standpoint.
