The hardest thing I have dealt with in my life is looking into the eyes of a planned child who has been abandoned by his biological father. Because she has been in the business for over 10 years, she has too much of a case load and if your case isn't important enough to her she won't pay attention to it. Time will fly by, your retainer will get exhausted and she will keep asking you for more money and the next thing you know, your case has barely moved forward.

She also will not show up to court for your case and will send her paralegal instead She had royally messed up by not turning in some very important paperwork to court prior to my court hearing and she wouldn't even admit it was her fault. She was so arrogant that she said she refused to file that type of paperwork claiming she had never done it in the past and refuses to do it now. She cuts corners and you end up being the victim. My case got taken off calender because of her negligence. Yes, she gave me back my retainer, because she knew I would go to the State Bar but how do I get all of those months back? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT!!
