I had a warrant out for my arrest in 2012 in California, I was in California for only 4 months in 2012 and have lived in New England and Florida ever since. I do not know anyone in CA so I researched well known attorneys in the area and came across Jimmy and his great reviews. I was arrested for my 3rd DUI in Fullerton, a separate charge of driving on a suspended license for the 4th time, and 3 probation violations. One of the probation violations required 120 days in jail as I previously violated probation on that case before. I was suppose to go to the North Justice Center in Fullerton for the 2 new cases and the probation violations. I didn't know what to do.

I was looking at 1 year in jail on the 3rd DUI, 180 days on the driving on the suspended license since this was my 4th, 120 days on one probation violation, and who knows how much more time on the other 2 violations.

I have never met Lawyer Jimmy Cha, until my son's case was finalized. We live out of state, and my son was picked up on a Felony warrant out of California.
