Received a voice message from this attorney Javier Leper which I never hired or even consulted but apparently the biological father of my daughter did. He called me by mistake saying he found out where I live which by the way is the wrong address. Word of advice attorney make sure your clients are fully honest with you before taking their case, as your client knows exactly where I reside and has been knowing for the past years just voluntarily chooses not to follow the court agreement we settled years ago. Also, I called back several times without succes guess by now you know you called the wrong person , rookie mistake.

My case was very complicated. I was fighting for custody Over my kids. They took them for their usual summer vacation and didn’t wanted to return them. I call a lot of attorneys not only on my area but in city’s around me and no one wanted to take my case someone recommended me Mr.Lepe I hesitate to call since all others denied to take my case but I gave it a shot and to my surprise I was relieved when he decided to work with me and took my case. It was a hard and stressful case and sometimes I will see it on his face but he was still there working with me. My case went out of hand and was taken to another stage where it got to the point of us having to make a 6-7 hr drive just to make an appearance at court Mr. Lepe didn’t even drop my case at the point he went on working with me, words can’t explain how much Mr. Lepe help me and I knew and I’m positive that he wasn’t doing it just for the money . Very un professional lawyer. Was having a case against one of his customers. And he was advising not even his cuatomer but third party person that had nothing to do to illegally restrain my child WITHOUY A COURT ORDER and to not even take to the front part of their home which was not the child home. Advise them to illigally block and lock doors from a house i am paying rent for and not to let me in to get my stuff WITHOUT A COURT ORDER. Probably he is a lawyer that might win case but NOT IN ANY PROFESSINAL NOR ETHICAL MATTER. Which in the long term can bring you problems. Specially when you know your rights. A lawyer is supposed to defend the rights not to violate nor ADVISE TO ILEGALLY DO SO. Will deffinetly call the Bar Association and put a complaint against this gentlemen.
