Don’t work here if you plan on going to school they fired me because I missed work for a 2 day orientation for college... plus they only pay new employees $12.25 an hour... who survives living on $12.25 in 2019, you also have to wait another 10 months to be hired inside the actual company missing
You will not be required to read blueprints or gain new skills. I got paid more because I was a contractor; however, permanent welders at this company only made $12/hr.
CIM technicians, people who repair robots, only make $13/hr... and that job requires a degree!?!?!?!??!
The pay is decent if you are in a skilled trade but working there is like working in another country.
No one speaks English, equipment is not maintained well (its a multimillion dollar company so that's not acceptable) and the production line is run like a sweat shop.
