This place is fraud! Me and my husband went in there for a consolation, we felt rushed to start an immigration process so we gave them no paper work, not even an ID only a 1500 deposit. 2 weeks later me and my husband decided to not start the process and I asked for the deposit back. They are denying me my full 1500 deposit when they never started anything for me. They didn’t have enough information to start a file because I never gave it to them. They only want to give me 1000 and keep 500. I don’t think so! I called to speak to an attorney and the next one available is in 10 days when I know that’s not true. People don’t even step in this office. They are frauds, VALDEZ! You are a fraud. You had Ricardo calling me for day’s to send my paper work and now he’s no longer available to take my call. I better get a call back asap!

HE LOST ALL MY IMPORTANT AND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, HE LOST PICTURES OF MY PASSPORT, HE AND HIS ASSISTAN ROCIO WHOM HE TOLD ME HAD A LOT OF EXPEREINCE ON IMMIGRATION PRECESSES LIED AND WAS FIRED LATER ON. THEY SENT THE WRONG INFORMATION TO (NVC) NATIONAL VICE CENTER) ARTURO KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND, IT TOOK HIM 12 WEEKS TO PREPARE SOME FORMS TO SUBMIT TO NVC WHERE AS THE NEW PERSON WHO TOOKOVER MY CASE ONLY TOOK HER 2 HOURS. ARTURO VIL;LA TOLD US THAT IMMIGRATION WAS NOT HIS FORTE BUT CRIMINALIZATION. ONCE ALL THE MONEY WAS PAID OFF, IT WAS VERY HARD FOR TO GET THEM TO RETURN A PHONE CALL OR EVEN EMAILS. I HAD TO GO IN PERSON WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. I HAVE PROOF OF EMAILS THAT I MYSELF WROTE TO MR VALDEZ REGARDING QUESTIONS AND DOUBTS, JUST HOURS BEFORE MY IMMIGRATION INTERVIEW ABROAD AND IM STILL WATIING FOR A REPLY. BASICALLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THE THE FACT THAT YOU NO LONGER OWE THEM A PENNY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM. I CAME HERE FOR COMFORT, FOR HELP, FOR HOPE.
