I live at 4410 W ML King Jr Blvd The crub appeal is horrible no grass they will not fix up this building because it's considered a C class building. So sorry Mr Flinkman died this was once a very nice place to live that is why it's a revolving door. They will not fix this place up.

Slumlord. Property is in very poor condition. Does not respond to requests for repairs.
