After telling him all about my case and my racist supervisor, I find out months later he has taken my supervisor as a client. Then, I file a complaint with the California State Bar. They ask him how he wound up getting both me and my boss as clients. He told the California State Barbtgat the VA all the way from San Diego to LA refers cases to him. How can the VA refer the attorney who's supposed to be suing the VA. Steer clear of this guy!!!

I lost my job from and I paid mr. ackerman 6k to work the case. He informed me that I would be able to get my 6k back if the judge ordered the Department to pay me back. Mr. Ackerman didn't not make the request and so I lost my money. Later, I found out from a union rep, that I was suppost to get the 6k back because it is the law. I lost out because mr. ackerman didn't know what he was doing. I do NOT recommend him.
