You really need to be under the jurisdiction of said public official and not an equal official of another jurisdiction. I.E. the presidents of to countries can, (and often do) make quid pro quo deals, they are not bribes or at least not illegal.

Gary Martin Hays firm was absolutely a fantastic firm! My wife and I were involved in a auto accident where we were hit by a drunk driver.
