It’s really simple just do your job not only have I given this place chance after chance but they continue to ignore my phone calls never give any useful information when it come to my case the insurance company is literally trying to give me under what my doctors bills is and they give me no type of lead way on what to do Von told me after I said well we have to take it to trial well “hopefully” you walk out of there with more I knew that my gut was telling me right about this place I’m over it. WORSE LAW FIRM EVER

The staff is all discourteous, rude, arrogant a**'s (with the exception of Chris). They mess things up, act like you're inconveniencing them, and get very short with you when you ask why things are taking so long. The attorneys are hardly ever available and you most assuredly don't ever get to talk to them...Dragging their feet.. Very unprofessional...would not recommend to my worst enemy..

Anthony and Ava made my experience with this law firm very easy and they also kept very close contact at moments notice of any change.

Ultimately they got the job done, but not without some problems. That's I gave them 3-star. They don't have major problems , from my experience anyway, but they need to work on thoroughness! First they sent me the wrong forms, not related to my case. That got corrected. Second, the attorney did not check the spelling of the names or didn't ask us to check if it was written right. We contacted the firm about it. The paralegal wanted us to believe that it's not a big deal if it stayed the way it was - wrong spelling. They got it corrected eventually. They can also do a better job in customer service.

I wish I would have never chose Bell and Washington to represent me on my workers comp and auto case. They made me want to give up on all African American attorneys. Sad to say that but they are the worst ever.....

If you are seriously looking for great representation, I highly recommend you go with another attorney firm. Bell and Washington is very unprofessional and rude. They fxxxxx up my wife and I settlements. Confusing our Bill's, gave the wrong Bill's to the defendants insurance adjuster, Inwhich made the offer at mediation to us $2000 instead of the policy limit of $25,000 each. Simply because Mr. Washington presented Bill's from our other cases to them. We refused the offer and Mr. Washington withdrew his self from the case
upon being fired by us and told us, good luck. The case went on for 3 year and we ended up with nothing. The saying is, everyones case is different. But I assure you, if you go with this law firm for workers comp or an auto accident, I promise you, you will regret it. If I continue to write how bad this firm is, it will turn into a book. You,ve been warned!!!!! I wish I could rate them at a negative 5....

In seeking representation, I was leery of going with one of the firms on TV, knowing that to be an impersonal experience. Bell & Washington was exactly what I was seeking in a firm. They were responsive, proactive, aggressive and professional. And most importantly, they were thorough and communicative.
My case was resolved in a timely fashion and I have zero complaints. I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

The only reason I'm not leaving a terrible review, is because by law I don't believe I can, but it's your money.

By chance I happened to get connected with this firm through an attorney I used for a family-related case. I had just gotten into an accident and needed a PI attorney and they suggested me to Bell & Washington. I’m always happy to support black-owned businesses so of course I contacted him and immediately he sent me over paperwork and told me what to start doing as far as care. After I finished treatment, I didn’t hear from Anthony for about a month and a half? To the point where I actually forgot about the accident and the check to come from the insurance company until my mom mentioned it to me. For me, I like to be informed during the entire process. I like to be included in emails, see attachments and documents, etc. I got zero of that with Anthony. And when I did reach out to find out what’s going on, I felt like I was a bother to him. His excuses were that we were still waiting on an offer from insurance company. Finally we got an offer that we both felt was acceptable and moved forward with process. After he told me offer, he also (over the phone) gave me as estimate of what I personally would be getting back after paying medical bills and his attorney fees and to me that seemed a little low... I asked him to send this all to me in an email which I never received. But with the little info I remembered from the phone conversation, I emailed him and let him know that something did not add up and it seemed like a lot of the money was somehow absent. He gave me a break down with his own estimate and also added a fee of $250 for administrative fees.. but I signed a contract that said administrative fees were $150 and I sent him over the copy of that in which I highlighted and let him know that wasn’t what I’d agreed to. There was a missing $500 that was also not even in the estimate.. So I did some research of my own by contacting the places I️ had treatment done just to verify amounts (not to get them to lower anything) and I’d gotten confirmation about one price that Anthony hadn’t informed me had lowered almost $1000. So I sent him another email letting him know about that. Not even 30 minutes later I received a call from Yvonne(?) who is in charge of calling these treatment facilities to lower amount and she attempted to get on my case about trying to do her job for her and in NO way did I try to do that and any place I called would tell her that, I’m sure of it. So after all of that, when I finally went in to pick up my check, my estimate was correct and that was what was written on my check. He’d changed back the admin fees and estimated everything correctly. Before I really even had the opportunity to sign for my check they were pulling up the computers and trying to get me to leave a 5 star review on their services.. It’s sort of a manipulation technique in my opinion because who would really leave a horrible review in front of the actual establishment staff? I made excuses and got out of there because I wanted to give an authentic, REAL review based on my experience. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family, but if you did happen to be using them, please do your background and don’t just reply ‘yes’ to everything without checking on it yourself. ALSO, he never asked me if I wanted the insurance company to pay for medical and give us a separate check, versus giving us a bigger check and us taking care of medical ourselves (which we did). He was more concerned about getting a percentage from a bigger check and I guess my opinion didn’t matter.

Very horrible service I never spoke with attorney Quinton. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. They have my case for 2 1/2 years and I still did not get paid. They got all of my money.
