Worst experience ever! Apparently Rita does not like anyone to come to her office “unannounced” as she came out to me on two occasions and asked me “why would I just come up to her office” when I had just told her I was at the light on the phone. Her staff is rude, they tell you whatever they have to to get you off the phone. And then they rob you for your money. I never received a rental car I hand delivered all my documents and everything. This was a horrid experience!!!!

I absolutely loved my experience! I loved how I wasn’t left out the loop with any part of my case. All of the staff had either a job they had to perform weather it was with me or doing what Miss.Rita asked of them. I will say they are a very busy company, so with that being said you shouldn’t want a lawyer who is always free that means they are not busy with your case or even any one else’s. I was very satisfied with this small company handling BIG CASES AND STILL HAVE TIME TO MANGE THEIR NOT SO MAJOR CASES.They make everyone’s case their priority. Miss .Rita Williams is a professional lawyer with so much experience that I would bet my last dollar she will fight with you till the end. Miss.Lida is a great lawyer as well she is so talented and definitely has her way with the opposite opponent in a court room as would say about miss.Rita that lol fight your case to very end with out a doubt. Some lawyers are genuinely in the business to help all their clients while others are in the business for their clients to help them. The communication myself and members of my family received was not professional. The secretary and the lawyer were on different pages. This small case should have lasted a few months and it was well over a year with no settlement paid out! The state board said paperwork on the case was NEVER filed!!! Any purpose filled lawyer who works for the people would have caught that and done their job to the fullest. He who misjudge and is in it for the paper and not the passion, your judgment is coming too. Very unprofessional!

This office had a great staff who was willing to help with whatever was needed of me. Few minor adjustments I would have liked but overall, great experience. Being that this was my first time being in an accident and going through a lawyer for an injury case, I am very pleased with the learning experience.

This firm lacks effective communication, time management, and professionalism. Calls were not returned in a timely manner and the secretary gave out misleading information in regards to a case. No settlement was reached for my mother's claim. I've had two relatives allow Williams and Associates represent their case and neither had pleasing outcomes.

Initially I thought that I wasn't going to be awarded any settlement funds but Williams & Associates changed the narrative. This firm is the best.

This attorney was manipulative she continued to tell me about results I never saw. I had a 1.5 million dollar claim and we ad to settlers after almost 2 years for $150.000.00. She continued to have me borrow money while she let this case linger own and then told me she was doing me a favor. She shared my mental status with several people own her staff and after all that I walked away with $30.000 out of 1.5 million and then she told me she did me a favor. She is not equipped with the knowledge and ability to handle large claims. She precedes to be sweet but at the end of the day she is not producing large lawsuit results and then blame you. If u don’t have a large lawsuit then she may be the one for you. Her staff is awesome especially Georgia but don’t let this Attorney fool you if your trying to get money back

July 2016 My children and I were rear ended by a driver that was on his cellphone in busy Atlanta traffic. I was referred by my sister to contact Ms. Williams. Upon doing so the entire ordeal was very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately shortly after my accident I discovered after giving birth to my daughter that I needed a heart transplant. No connection to my accident buy My case had to be placed on immediate hold. Williams and Associates exceeded my expectations and made my experience nothing but pleasant. The whole team kept in contact with me and my family throughout my health issues and assisted me in many caring ways. We were able to pick up where we left off after I was well enough. i totally agree with you on that they take a long long loooong time and the Chiropractor Dr.Laursen is almost never in his office and he cant even write prescriptions just a waste low and behold if i should ever use someone it will never be them ever ever ever again

i thought because they were in the decatur area that they would be professional and on point dont get me wrong when i met with them everything was smooth sailing i got recommended to a chiropractor dr.laursen to be exact and afetr i was done with treatment and it was time to start settling my case they were slow motion everything paused i couldnt reach dr.laursen at all he was horrible and the attorneys didnt want to push him to send in my paper work it took over a year to get things moving on top of that rita williams didnt want to take my case to court but they tell you your case my go to court yet it wasnt good enough for her to represent me in court BS and then once the case was settled lets just say i got under $800 for myself and the rest was split between her and the slow dr.laursen....but the people who answer the phone like ms.georgia are very nice i love her they are very kind when you come in and offer you food i guess that the front desk people know we are dealing with some slow take a year and a half to finish a case darn people

What can I say about Rita Williams & Associates....Fabulous!! to start.. from the first entrance and greeting from Ms. Georgia(Receptionist) to your meeting with Ms. Williams was a wonderful experience. Ms. Williams handled a personal injury case for me and I must say it was very frustrating for me. Doctors, attorneys, hospitals, etc. but Ms. Williams and her team handled everything and handled it with the utmost expertise! From the initial case all the way through I received professional, personal care and when you're involved in a lawsuit you need someone that has the knowledge and experience thats needed. I was involved in a previous personal injury case with another attorney and my confidence in the legal field was dissolved until now. Ms. Williams is what I consider to be an expert in her field, but she is also very personable, caring, and gives great advice! She remained the same all the way through mediation and ultimately I got the CHECK! and am very happy with the outcome.
