Something I really admire about Ali and his staff is how they actually care about the individuals they are representing. Prior to hiring Mr. Ali Awad to help represent me in my rear end collision while driving for Ride Share last March; I was in Great Pain, no health insurance, frustrated, two lawyers down,VERY few and mediocre physical therapy visits ;which consisted of me sitting in pain in OFFICE chairs hooked to a machine I wasn't briefed on with a heating pad while my therapist was on her phone most of the hour. I had never been through a accident and was very nervous I was being taking advantage of.

I was involved in an hit & run accident on Sep 03 2019 & I was contacted through “The CP Law group” so I was all excited about my case & the settlement I would get. So I followed up with my medical treatments & all. After one week , I called my law group & emailed but there was absolutely no response from them. I left tons & tons of voicemails and emails to get hold of them but it didn’t work. At a point, Ali Awad Law group ad appeared on my Facebook, so I visited his page & saw all the success stories he had with his clients. And also saw the settlement checks which no other lawyer show it to the audience. WE decided to not keep him as an attorney we began to receive an unnecessary amount of calls and text messages from people at the firm. To make things even more awkward they proceed to Send us an email stating "They" were dropping us and that they decided to not represent us(even though we obviously made that decision) Kinda weird

Ali was able to respond to my inquiry within minutes of reaching out, even though he was on his honeymoon. I was referred to Ali Awad Law by a colleague because of a June 15, 2019, car crash in which I was not at fault. In the beginning, Ali communicated right away with me while on his anniversary in Portugal. I couldn't have been more grateful for that. His senior paralegal, Alex, and his assistant, Gerard, were also extremely responsive, replying to emails and text messages and again I was extremely grateful for this access. However, when I started asking pointed questions about my case and what the strategy was going to be moving forward, I was told "don't worry about anything we are doing, just worry about getting better." Given that I was experiencing lost wages and my bills need to be paid, I felt it was unreasonable for me to not be informed about my case and asked to speak to Ali directly. Ali did call me and we spoke for about 15 minutes and I got some information from him, but again was left feeling that I wasn't fully-informed. A few days after that conversation, I received a letter in the mail from the rental car company saying I owed them $3500+ for the damage to the rental. I wanted to forward a copy of the police report and the liability from the other driver's insurance to let them know it wasn't my problem. When I requested that police report, to my surprise, it hadn't been ordered. To me, this was outrageous because a crash report seems to be a vital piece of information for an auto accident injury case. The attached texts shows that they claimed they had a hard time getting it, listed the wrong location of where my accident had occurred, and asked for a county (which could have been googled) even though the report clearly states it was the State Patrol. It took me 43 seconds to google, find, and complete the online request form, pay $5.88, and the next day it was emailed to me. When I wanted to speak with Ali about my concerns, the responsiveness of him and the staff evaporated; only after several attempts on my part would Ali speak to me. His tone with me was VERY different than what happened at the onset and he would interrupt me mid-sentence when trying to speak about the concerns I had. That being said, the conversation was respectful and at the end of the call, Ali told me that I could work directly with Alex and not to worry about my case that everything was taken care of, which I was happy to do as everyone makes mistakes. Moments after that phone call, I received an email from the law firm canceling me as a client. He didn't even have the respect or dignity enough to tell me that over the phone that he would be dropping me as a client. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 2 or 1 is because I don't know if my case was just an odd-ball for this firm or if there is more to the story. I like my reviews to be fair and not based on my own speculation. My best advice when working with this firm is to ensure you're kept informed about the process and that vital documents are collected when they are supposed to be.

I take this back,he never got me what I should of gotten,I had spoken with other attorneys but of course it was to late at this point,But other attorneys said for the bad accident I had,which I remind you I was flipped in a truck 6xs I had over 50 scrapes and bruises- I should of gotten so much more money-Ali said it was bc I didn’t go to many doctors- well I reassured this attorney and all his helpers I had no car that they wanted me to go we’re talking 6 xs a week to a chiropractor,then a orthopedic once every 2 weeks,then a therapist once a week,it was ridilious and all these facilities was far away not just a hop,skip,and a jump away - and with no car every time I had to pay someone to take me all these places,and I couldn’t bc I couldn’t work,bc of being injured,and the attorney ali kept saying I could reimburse the driver that was taking me for his mileage- well needless to say they never got me a mileage sheet,and I ran out of funds to pay my drivers that was transporting me- but point being,I got hit by total of 4 cars with 2 insurance companies and all ali got me was 10-12 thousand really?anybody that’s smarts knows I could of got way,way more - but he blames it on me not going to doctors,so guess I was suppose to walk to them all,bc he wouldn’t give me even enough money to get me a car so I could- but yet it’s all my fault-
Then his office is in Downtown Atlanta I’m talking better carry someone with u or u might get stabbed,or killed can’t park no where unless u pay every time- and if u don’t pay then they just tow ur car- so dealing with all that BS esp got a little selllement- and believe me him and his office workers they will trick u tell u ur getting a million dollars,just til u sign ur name,then there like u didn’t do enough treatment he’s BS don’t use none of them if you’re smart-
