Big Al seems nice enough over the phone, however I regret choosing this law firm so much! I should've read reviews and done way more research before selecting them. The communucation is non-existent. The customer service from Dorothy will leave you feeling more like a criminal than a car accident victim. I have zero confidence that my case will be settled fairly. They clearly do not care about clients. This accident ruined my life and the staff acts as though you are burdening them by asking for ANY information at all. I'd never been in this situation before, so I had no idea what to expect. I know this; should I or anyone else I know need legal counsel we will be SURE to avoid Z&R!

Sooooo... the outcome was great... hands down . However communication was lacking. Just wished the lawyers/ paralegal would have called us instead of us having to check in with them. I understand they were still working and waiting, but alone the middle of everything a phone call would have been great like once a month ( if time allowed)to ensure the client is in the Know of everything. ‍♂️My wife and I are very satisfied with the outcome.

Attorney Michael was very attentive when I had a serious car accident back in 2002! I was injured very badly. I had broken ribs hip collar bone and knee! I was in traction for weeks and in intensive care for weeks. Big Al as he is called came out to meet me at my bedside while in intensive care! He also made sure other legal matters were handled along with my car injury case! I would recommend him and have recommended him to my friends and family in need of a honest very competent Injury Attorney! His staff is very attentive as well!

Wow, where can I start☺️ I was one that thought nothing was wrong with me until my blood pressure went sky high and my body started to shut down. It was really late when I called and was shock Mr. Rosenbloum answered. I was amazed by the amount of work and effort that was put into helping me. After speaking to him; the next day I was seen by a very awesome Chiropractor (great guy). All I can say is thank you Mr Rosenbloum and Staff!! You all go above and beyond. I chose this firm based off of the great reviews I’ve seen and read. My rating is what I’m feeling at the current moment. I’ll gladly update this review and star rating once this case is officially over. My accident happened in June, everything was going well with meeting with our case Mngr., getting set up for physical therapy, etc. I’m more frustrated with the lack of communication from my team and the blind sidedness of having turned my hospital bills over to my case team and now I’m not only receiving phone calls from the hospital collections dept. but I’m now receiving calls from credit collectors several times a day inquiring about when I can settle the account. I was advised to refer any debtors related to my accident to my attorneys office, not pay these unexpected expenses out of pocket. Take what you will from this review but this is all I’ll share as to not badger this firm.

Had a pleasure of meeting this guy twice. He really answers the phone when you call. I had two cases back to back and he handled them professionally and they kept me updated thru the process til the end. My case was tried maybe a year ago. I’ve been meaning to write a review. My story is someone ran the light going 50mph, resulting in them hitting me. My car was a total loss. Long story short - I had too take off from work, spend over $1900 dollars in UBER/Lyft trips, while going to physical therapy. When I tell you communication with this law firm was like a man having a baby. I had to call for everything (status, time frame, EVERYTHING) I started too go with the $600 million in assets, 1.5 Billion recovered in one case alone (Morgan & Morgan) but a friend recommended this firm. Biggest regret of my life. I remember the receptionist telling me they were trying for $45k. After 1 year, I walked away with $9k. The Attorney was telling me how expensive it would be too go to court for more money. I’m like, you don’t even believe you will get more. So I’m the client, my confidence is as great as yours. This is not a fighting firm, they work with the insurance companies. #SMH.....not happy at all.
