I would like to say I love this law firm.. I feel very safe with this law firm and the respect they have for you and letting me know everything that's going on even after hours and giving you their cell number... Now you know they are as real as it gets. What other law firm do that. None...They treat you like family not a stranger... I will never use another law firm... I will make I refer the right respectful people to them ,not aggressive people who is not patience. All of there location is Great...Thank you all for everything...

So, I was in a head on collision in October 2018. I was left with bulging & herniated discs in my neck & back. At this firm, a lawyer was assigned to the case. After medical treatment, this lawyer decided to lie via email. As a result, she was no longer on my case. I was assigned a new lawyer & paralegal, Chandra. I LOVE CHANDRA. She allowed me to vent, responded to my emails, & calls. She got the job done & apologized for my first experience. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I want the start by saying that i met Forest B. Johnson during an accident that he himself had been in he refferred me to his office when i told him about an accident i was just in the day before.
Trusting him, i decided to contact his office the next day. From that day forward things were terrible. Communication was HORRIBLE. I informed them that i had never dealt with this so i would like to be updated on what is happening with my case every two weeks, NOPE! They NEVER did it. They NEVER called me first and only sent me one email per MY request. After being so shocked that they were this unprofessional, i began to request to speak with Mr.Johnson several times, that NEVER happened. They would tell me that they would leave the message for him but instead i would get a call from my paralegal not giving me any answers. They randomly removed themselves from my case without updating me by phone or mail. Instead, i received a call from my chiropractor that was very confused on why they had received a letter stating that Forest B. Johnson was no longer representing me and i was completed cluess. Later to find out that they had actually sent the letter to my grandmothers house, which was not even listed as my mailing address but only the address on my license. I must say that this was a terrible experience and i was very disappointed to know that Forest B. Johnson and associates worked so unprofessionally since i had met Mr.Johnson himself and he seemed very professional. Again, i wouldn’t refer anyway to them. I begged to be updated and still was never updated. Terrible experience.

I called the law office on 3 different occasions to get legal advice and I was told that someone would call me to discuss my concern. To my surprise I never got a call from anyone. This was saddening to me, however when I called another firm someone spoke to me immediately. I guess I wasn't important enough for this law firm to call back.
