An initial consultation with Attorney Ty Smith convinced me she was the right person for the case because, instead of trying to steer me in an unwarranted direction, she listened carefully and understood the issues of the case. And she agreed to fight for my position! I retained her services the very next day and she immediately went into action. Within hours, we got a favorable response to her pleading. It's important to note the opposing firm was not responding to me at all, however, once they saw her pleading, they dropped the case against me. She successfully wrapped up everything with just a couple of hours billing. Attorney Smith even made a courtesy follow-up call just to finalize an outstanding matter.
