I hired their services in April of 2017 and used them until the first of 2019, truth is I left them a 1 star because you have to but they really deserve none. I was told and under the impression that they would assist me in taking care of some financial burdens before they became an issue, Truth be told It may be my fault because I left it in their hands and believed in what was said, truth be told I believe they let the entire situation just fall and made the situation ALOT worse and let everything get out of hand. I would dare say that with the exception of one account being settled and some submission of court documents due to suits, left and right due to the lack of effort in fixing the matter. Nothing was done in almost 2yrs, The court documents weren't even individually wrote, I would receive two at a time to which were all the same print to various responses, They did absolutely nothing. Getting ahold of somebody that actually would take the time to help or getting a returned phone call was an absolute negative. Once I did get through the courtesy was just not there. Once I kept calling and putting pressure on them to get some results they basically stopped taking my calls and were fairly blunt about take it or leave it. They billed me every month a large amount, settled one case for roughly a fifth of what they withdrew, did absolutely nothing other then a few docs and kept the vast majority of the funds, returned very little making this a VERY expensive lesson learned and a big waste of almost 2 yrs. I don't know how many people really check reviews but I hope that for those that are smart enough to please seriously look elsewhere, this place is NOT here to help but to get paid and they definitely do not ease your burden nor act to care to. In the hard moments they do act as if they care and promise you they are on top of it but when it gets smokey, they will not wave a fan.

I signed up with them in 2016 and they promised so much. When they only settled one card, it got fishy. Then I called one day and the one guy who was supposed to be handling my case picked up the phone and called me an idiot and hung up because he knew I was mad about things going on and then denied it. I had summons after summons by my creditors. They didn't even seem to care about them so on the second summons, just sent me the same paperwork from the first one. They need to be shut down.

Do not use them. They say they will get back with you and don’t. I have a summons and they have 20 days to respond and I have been trying to get ahold of them, since I faxed them my stuff. 9 days of the 20 days are gone and I am left high and dry. Should have used any local lawyer. I believe they are ripping me off a year into paying them $485 a month. Local lawyer can drive to their office. I have filed a BBB complaint and I am about to contact California bar association.

This is spam and specially byron this is the fraud company they rip people off . And the government should close this company, i have to settle down the credit on my own..

Warning! If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is! These people use very nice talking individuals to reel you in and then you are on your own when the creditors send the sheriff's deputy to your home with a court summons. Do not use these people! They have trained individuals to make everything sound so good and simple. Like my Momma always said, "there awaits a special place in Hell for greedy people, who are out to Con others for their own benefit."

This company ripped me off while taking the advice to consolidate my credit cards. They charged enormous fees up front.
I ended up settling with the credit card companies myself and am now out of debt. The credit card company’s will work with you to pay it off at a reduced rate and no fees.
I dealt with Byron on the phone he’s such a good scam artist. Beware and stay away.

This company will rip you off! I just got off the phone with these people and they ripped me off for 2500.00. Freemont Law Group and the people should be put in prison! And I wont back down I want my money!

This company is completely incompetents. One person lures you in & one person "answers" the customer service line (Marina) she is rude, hangs up on you & lies. One creditor so far has filed a lawsuit on us so far. PLEASE read the BBB reviews & NEVER use this company for any reason!!!

See BBB Reviews!! Do not use this company for debt help, there is Zero communication. You can email, call, send smoke signals, use carrier pigeon and still not know what they are doing with your money. We are currently being sued by FOUR, count them FOUR lawsuits(because Fremont told us to not pay). What did Fremont do? Terminated our contract! Thanks for nothing, will not recommend for anyone.

The most unscrupulous people I have ever encountered. All the reviews are absolutely true. Don’t by any means deal with them. Everyone associated with this firm should be ashamed.
I have contacted the attorney general’s office in California and in my home state. They not only need to be shut down and fined heavily they need prison time.

I’m am consulting a law firm to see the possibilities of a class action lawsuit. I will let everyone know if it is feasible by posting on the review site.

They took over 30% of what I paid into my account in fees. Service fees, retainer fees, banking fees, legal admin fees... They settled less than 50% of my accounts. I paid my account in full and still have over 50% of my accounts that not settled. My account has not been touched in 10 months, but my account balance has dwindled to practically nothing. Guess what... in order for me to continue in the program, I need to provide them with more money!!! Their customer service is shameful! I would definitely NOT go this route again! I feel they took taken advantage. I understand that my debt is my fault! Sadly, I was trying to do the right thing by paying as much of my debt as I could, rather than filing bankruptcy. Find a better way, this company is NOT HELPING YOU!!!

This company only take the money my husband paid almost 400.00 monthly and they only paid one card now he is in collection and he received a judment for the court now he has to pay full amount in the card. They only stole his money and now he has to contact all the creditors before they send him tonthe court please pay attention with this

This company "stole" money from my mental impair brother for months and months. They charged him nearly $400 a month with which only less than $150 went to a creditor. They NEVER reached agreements with any other creditors instead all bills went into collections. He didn't understand that they weren't taking care of anything except stealing his money each month. Despicable!!
