Law firm primarily handles Mercury Insurance

The attorney needs to hire new secretaries. Apparently the receptionist Kelly gets pissed off when she is asked for her name. If she were to disguise herself professionally when she answered the phone using good mannerism I would never have had to ask. Kelly also don't know how to look up case information by name. Heather her boss was siding with Kelly when I told her Kelly was hissing and complaining because I didn't have my case information on me and and Heather was upset that I complained about how many times, Kelly, got upset each time I asked her for her name & I criticized that she should disguise her name each time someone calls. Next the first time, I called back to finish talking to Heather & Kelly and Heather picked up & hung up on me when they heard my voice (three times). I plan to call and address this trouble with an attorney tomorrow. Also Heather today refused to tell me who was above her to complain to. The attorney at this office was great. He needs to get better training in that office though. Is clients being in the $$.
