I recently had to deal with this office as the surrogate for one of their clients. The whole 10 months with the management of the allowances has been an absolute nightmare! I have gone above and beyond my contract starting with signing in a completely different county as requested by this office. They were late several times on sending the allowance due to me per contract and when I requested that it be sent via FedEx or UPS because my local USPS is not very reliable they made it a bigger issue than it had to be. Even after submitting documents they required to send via FedEx they still on various occasions sent the allowance via USPS. I have done this 2 times and this experience as the surrogate to their clients has definitely made me reconsider doing it anymore. I am almost 2 weeks post partum in which per contract I was to receive final payment within 2 weeks of delivery and have yet to receive the final payment. I have sought out details from my lawyer in which this office has not responded with any updates. Agreement was that I would be provided with a tracking number for each month of allowance when sent. They did that once in the 10 months of the contract. Please surrogates if you are considering signing with them as representatives for your IP'S I suggest you ask they use another law office.
