Brilliant Lawyer!!! Not only once, but Two times! He saved my life 8 years ago, and he just saved me again today. (and were not talking a single DUI either) This is a stand up guy who just gets better and better with time. Wish I could say something good, however Tucci hung up on me mid-call before hearing about my situation. During the call, someone walked in the room that I didn't want hearing about my case and I said now wasn't a good time to talk. While trying to find a good time to call he said "Don't worry about it" and hung up. Lacks professionalism and gets easily irritated.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Tucci and his staff to anyone facing DUI charges. They are super friendly, helpful and very flexible. I decided to call Mr. Tucci based on a google review I read that was very similar to mine and I am so glad I did. I was facing my 2nd DUI charge with an accident and a .21 bac. I just received a job offer to move out of state, so I was very concerned about court appearances (flying back and forth).Mr. Tucci assured me that he would take care of everything and to go ahead and take the job out of state. Mr. Tucci got me 120 days on a SCRAM bracelet and I never had to appear in court until the original judge I had went to juvenile and no longer wanted to do criminal so he wouldn't honor my plea. I had already completed my time on the bracelet and now could possibly start from square one. Mr. Tucci fought for me, he doesn't take no for an answer and wants what's right for his clients. I walked out of court with a huge smile and a giant hug for Mr. Tucci because he found a judge to honor my original deal! I just reached the one year mark since that dreadful DUI. I chose Mr. Tucci because he came highly recommended from a very good friend. From all the attorneys that I met, Mr Tucci was the most transparent and honest, especially with the fees he charged. Since I was being charged with a felony, most attorneys wanted the drastic fees upfront. Tucci was the ONLY one who offered to charge misdemeanor fees because he was confident enough that he could get it down to that, and we agreed that if it ended as a felony case, I would pay the difference later. I was facing up to a year in prison, but Tucci wouldn't take that. He fought for me. It took several court appearances, but he was able to work out a miraculous plea for 90 days of house arrest. Because of him, I was able to save my job that I had been at for 6 years and I did not get a felony. He was so tenacious and determined that even the judge literally told me that I was fortunate to have Tucci as my representation. I cannot thank him enough for what he did to save me and my reputation. One mistake can literally change your life and if you're ever in the same position, you better hire Tucci. Words will never express how thankful I am for him.

Tucci went above and beyond and really took care of me. I was charged with an underaged DUI and he got it reduced to a wet and reckless which is almost unheard of in that situation. Moreover, when I had an issue with a speeding ticket two years later he handled it for me free of charge. Tucci really cares about you and will stop at nothing to make sure your case is reduced to the minimal charge. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use him in the future.

Vince really helped my case out, and it wasn't pretty. He himself isn't always available but his staff is always prompt with responses and instructions. He knows exactly what he's talking about and got me the best possible outcome.
Another thing I like is that Vince doesn't sugar coat anything. Vincent Tucci was blatantly disrespectful, rude, loud and seemed so full of himself. He is also accompanied by his incompetent staff that almost seems like chickens running around with their head cut off when calling them for something. This firm felt like a joke. I am shocked at how I was treated by them after reading all the positive reviews. Now that I research more extensively, I found more than a few people who feel the same way. Of course, Vince says their not "real" people so If he tries pulling that on my review, please feel free to contact me if you'd like to see proof that I am real and was going to be a client. He seemed so childish, it's just astonishing. Wish I would have saved myself from the stress and embarrassment he caused me!

All I can say is WOW, Vince Tucci is the BEST! My son had 2 DUIs in a matter of months and was definitely looking at jail time among other things. I felt it was just a matter of how much time.
