I found Paralegal Services of Orange County on Google via an online search and left a voice message a little after 5:00PM. I was very pleased when Cindy returned my call that evening and I retained her services at that time. Cindy was very professional and did a great job writing the pleading, submitting the documents to the court and serving my ex-spouse with notice. The best part was we handled the process over phone and exchanged documents via e-mail which saved me several hours of driving to meet her. I met with Cindy's assistant one time to sign the court documents so the papers could be filed and we were done. I called Cindy to get my divorce handled and she made everything simple and easy to understand. Her office is professional and her employees Melissa and Christy are really friendly which made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Usually it takes 6 months to get your divorce finalized but the courts are 2 months behind right now. However Cindy gives you the option of doing an expedited form and will submit your forms early to get your divorce through faster, so it only took about 7 months to get mine finalized. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Excellent, professional service and communication. I had a simple uncontested divorce and wanted to save money, however once I obtained do-it-yourself documentation and instructions, I realized that California divorce law and paperwork was very complex to anyone outside of the legal field. I was in over my head. Attorneys wanted a $10,000 retainer...for a simple divorce. Luckily I stumbled upon Cindy of Paralegal Services, who, for a fraction of what an attorney would charge, helped me with all of the paperwork, walked my documents through the court, and even took advantage of a recent change expediting the divorce, all the while clearly communicating the process and her progress through the court system. I obtained my divorce finalized in 6 months and 1 day after filing the paperwork. (6 months is the minimum required waiting time in California to obtain a divorce.) I highly recommend Cindy. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the legal process of an otherwise sad situation (divorce) effortless on my part.
