I came to the U.S. in 2003 on H-1B Specialty Visa. I started my green card process in 2004 from another lawyer. My labor certification was approved but I-140 Petition was denied as I hold a 3 year Indian degree. My attorney filed appeals but they were denied as well. My Company then decided to start new process all over from the beginning starting with PERM which again was approved but later denied at I-140 process. Two times I had wasted time which was really frustrating.
