He’s a higher-end attorney but he helped us understand the complexities of setting up a revocable trust and took the time to answer all of our questions candidly (and make suggestions surrounding those hypothetical circumstances). I lost my father last week and am calling around for estate lawyers. I called and left a message with Amys firm and was contacted by a rude, uncaring, obnoxious paralegal that told me she called me because "people suck the lives out of attorneys" Needless to say I was floored.

I asked to the uncaring paralegal (I do not know her name) to ask Amy to call me and give her my information and the paralegal just hung up on me.
