Timothy is an amazing lawyer, from the time we started our process on the lemon law he dumbed it down and made it very easy for me to understand the process. I truly wanna thank Timothy Fatone for taking the time to help me out with my Lemon car. Went to the dealer 7 to 8 times and they could not fix the issues on my vehicle. I had purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta back in 2013 as a used car. I started having issues with the transmission in 2015 and after 3 times of it being taken in for service repair during warranty I thought something was wrong! If an attorney doesn't want to represent you then consult with other attorneys. If none of the attorneys want to take on your case then you probably do not have enough evidence or the law does not cover your particular issue. Leaving a disparaging comment on an attorney's profile just because the attorney did not want to take on your case is absurd and I hope the 1 star comment is ignored as it should be.

Best attorney I have ever delt with. Always picks up the phone responds to emails extremely fast and is always on top of it. He did a lemon law for me and got every penny I paid back in my pocket as well as even negotiated the milage driven.
