I would just like to thank Tim McFarlin for being such a huge help to me in giving me my life back. I have used Tim for a few cases that had to be dealt with accordingly. He was very informative, tedious and definitely did his due diligence for me. He was kind, timely and he put me at ease throughout the whole court process. I almost lost my home because of this attorney. He was supposed to sue the bank. After donating 5,000 to him he was supposed to then get me a loan modify. Did you know that is illegal? Paying up front for a modify when you think you are retaining an attorney to sue the bank?

Neither did I. I would caution you to run like the wind away from this firm. It just gets better. So he has Mary Guenther who I am shocked still works for him contact me via facebook and asked me to take care of this review since he relies on reviews for business. When I contacted him and paid him up front 5 grand it was to sue the bank for breach of contract very clear breach of contract. All he had to do was take them to the table and show them the breach in my loan agreement. So I get 200 grand tacked onto the back of my mortgage on top of it while he was advising me to declare bankruptcy. The attorney here in my home town that reviewed this said Tim blew the statute of limitations and the only reason I did not lose my house was because I refused to die. My review stands. It is an honest account of the hell I went through with this firm claiming one thing and doing quite another. Do not ever try to strong arm me again Tim. I just buried my Mother and I am not going to tolerate harassment by you or your employees to get a review you do not deserve. Cease and desist. You are a lawyer you should know what that means. I guess the state bar would have been a better start but oh well. He changed his profile to be a bankruptcy attorney. When I was dealing with him he was not listed as that

I felt like my mortgage lender had really messed up the terms of my mortgage. I brought all the information into Tim and he was shocked by the negligence of my lender. I won't say the name of who gave us the mortgage but they literally changed the terms at the very end and although we signed the paperwork it was still dishonest and Tim helped us fix the agreement. The bank actually claimed it was a mistake but take that with a grain of salt. Tim and his associates are amazing.

We thought we were going to dues are Warehouse because we were behind on payments due to some issues. But Tim made certain that wouldn't happen. He worked with the bank and now there is a plan in place for us to make smaller payments for a longer amount of time. It's workable and we will someday own the building and we have him to thank. He is definitely a foreclosure expert whether a house or in our case a commercial property. What is amazing is some of the things we suggested to our bank were shot down but when Tim and us met with them they were much more receptive to the ideas we had. Lawyers can be great!

Unbelievable. I hired this attorney because I have a problem HOA. I spoke to Mr. Rodriquez many times. He was polite and nice but seemed sort of clueless. I later learned that he is not an attorney--he is an office manager. He never happened to mention that!! So, I gave them $5000. I get a check back for $3000. So it cost me $2000 for nothing. They sent one letter to the management company that got one short response telling the law firm to look at the CC&R's. They were sent the CC&R's. by me. My current lawyers are honest, efficient and amazing. I guess I should have asked everyone in the office their titles, but I never thought I needed to do this. Live and learn.

While dealing with the back and forth tactics of my lender, they decided to foreclose, (which is totally illegal if you are "working with a client on a mod") I did my research, and interviewed 5 different law firms. What a down to earth, genuinely nice guy, super knowledgeable and someone that will do whatever it takes to make things right. Immediately they went to work and filed an injunction and eventually got the foreclosure cancelled. The lender agreed to consider my case for a modification. We pride ourselves in the good relationships we form with our clients, and we regret the rare instances when relationships deteriorate. In this instance, however, we humbly believe we did everything to help this law firm succeed and yet we believe we were taken advantage of. After servicing this law firm for many months, the firm simply refused to pay for services that we legitimately provided. The law firm then demanded a settlement and threatened to write negative reviews if we did not capitulate. Since we had invested substantial time and money in this client’s account and had not been paid, we sought redress in small claims court. We won a judgment on December 9, 2013. Despite the law firm’s claim that we failed to provide services, in reality we provided local maps optimization services which improved the clients cluster data and places listing. Immediately after we obtained the small claims judgment for $329, this client filed a lawsuit against us in Superior Court. We believe this was filed merely in retaliation for our insistence on being paid for our services like all other clients. It is unfortunate that the law firm has decided to spread this dispute across the internet, but we want the true facts to known.

Had a very tough case on a loan modification with BANA. The bank approved the
modification via an injunction brought about by McFarlin LLP. However, BANA subsequently sold the servicing to another bank. The new mortagage bank did not
accept BANA's modification. It was only through sheer perseverance that the
firm was able to persuade the new bank to accept the original BANA modification.
It was equivalent to going to hell and making it back. Without McFarlin, we would have lost our home. Cannot recommend them any higher!
