By far one of the best criminal defense attorneys in Orange County. Nicest attorney I have ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with! Not only is he straight to the point but he has great communication skills and tells you best options you have. The result for my case was a dismissal. His office is in the best area for transportation. 12 out of 10 would definitely recommend for DUI cases.

Mr. Chesley and his staff made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease during my first appointment with him in discussing my case. I've never been convicted with anything before, and not even had a single traffic ticket in my lifetime. I foolishly drove home after having a few drinks at a reception event. I was pulled over by an officer and failed the breathalyzer test which now, I was facing of being convicted of a DUI. My main concern was the chance of losing my job by not being able to drive to and from work with a suspended license. I was also a bit nervous about having to spend some jail time. Is the best, I was stopped in "the OC" with my registered gun permit, and got hit with all kind of charges, and this was my first offense, me having no clue of what to do, I looked up David, and boy was I happy I did, from the time I called his office, to the time we met David made me feel very at ease, I told her what they were trying to do, I was looking at a couple of years, if they had it there way, but David went into the court room with a "No Holds Barred" approach!! David Chesley was referred to me by a friend, and came highly recommended. After speaking with him on Wednesday night, he went to work for me first thing Thursday morning. I really appreciate the help I received from David, along with Yareem, and Peter. They never made any promises that they didn’t deliver on, and they promised to get me the best outcome which they did! David and his team were there for me every step of the way. They are horrible at communicating. Getting ahold of someone after retaining them was near impossible. They did absolutely nothing to help me with my DUI case. I was the one making all the phone calls and gathering all the necessary paperwork. I would have been better off with a court appointed lawyer. I didn’t know this at the time because I have never had any issues with the law prior to my DUI. After going through everything and hearing what other people were sentenced made me so mad. These people were getting off easy for what they had done and here I was sitting there with the full sentencing and less $ in my bank account to show for it. The only reason that I am even giving 2 stars is because the gentleman who was “filling in” (my lawyer was never present). Mr. Fill-In was kind and actually took some time to help explain things.

The experience I had with David's office was excellent. Obviously, I hope I don't need to spend more time with them regarding to my brother's case in the future lol.
