I "floundered" around in search of an Attorney to handle my case that had the potential to ruin my life and my my family! Everyone was substandard and in it for the money! I was scared and lost, no where to turn!
I found Wallin & Klarich, and had a consultation with Matthew Wallin!
I met Matthew and he complely answered all my questions, he was more than through at the same time was "Straight up" about the possibilities of the case.
When I left his office that day, I knew I had found the right firm, and the right attorney!
Matthew Wallin MASTERFULLY handled my case! He raised the Standard on representing a client at all times respectful and professionally.
He won my case turning a otherwise devastating situation into a Not Guilty decision.
I want to thanks Wallin & Klarich and staff for all your support everybody was so helpful and thank my attorney Gregory he was awesome

This lawyers are liars, they'll tell you that they would do whatever it takes to help you and your family with your case but they end up not doing anything. This FIRM rip me off and they would do the same to you; they only care about getting your money and not about helping you keep your children. This is the worst firm you can go to for a DCFS Case or Dependency Case. My children went to foster home because the attorney Jonathan Lynn was too INCOMPETENT to do anything for my FAMILY CASE; Mr. Lynn is the worst Lawyer at this firm. He does not have the proper skills or knowledge to be be able to represent anyone in court. Mr. lynn failed to do anything to help my case and he failed to communicate with me. Mr. Lynn, Jonathan failed to follow the CALIFORNIA RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.
Rule 1.1 Competence
Rule 1.3 Diligence
Rule 1.4 Communication with Clients
This firm is a joke; for example, one time I called asking for the FIRMS FOUNDER MR.PAUL J. WALLIN, and Mr. Lynn impersonated Mr. Wallin over the phone. I called to make a complaint about Mr. Lynn and he end up finding out because at the end up the call he said if we didn't like his services to find another Attorney. After, we were so confused because we believed that we were talking to Mr. Wallin, Paul but it wasn't him, it was Mr. Lynn, Jonathan. I have tried to get in contact with Mr. Wallin Paul to make an appointment to talk to him about my refund and about what Mr. Lynn not helping me with my case. Mr. Wallin,Paul has refused to get in contact with me or email me back for an appointments. They plan to keep my money for charges that are not correct and for things that they claimed they did after I had asked for a Refund. I am disgusted by this Firm and how they treat people like piggy banks' instead of truly helping people with there problems.
If you're going through a difficult time and you have any feelings you might want to avoid this guy.
Matthew's professionalism, preparation and attention to detail was impeccable. Mr. Wallin's expertise and knowledge of the law and the application to the Ed. Code was simply outstanding.
We are extremely grateful for his presence in the hearing as his approach was judicious and with merit. We know that the positive outcome was a direct result of Mr. Wallin's representation. He is extremely motivated and confident and presented the best defense for our grandson. Mr. Wallin has certainly earned our respect and admiration.
Thank goodness I was able to hire another lawyer or my daughters life would have been ruined because of the unethical practice and lack of caring they showed their client. I had a horrendous experience with Mr Lynn. We were told we would have an experinced lawyer in Mr Visco. He signed the contract and then was gone no phone calls no visits. And Mr Lynn with his mere three years passing the bar can barely look you in the face when he speaks to you. Please for the sake of you or your family member. Research elsewhere.
They mislead us from the very first phone call. Took our money said we owe more but did NOTHING to help there client. Barely even spoke to them let alone defend them properly. A truly unethical law firm.
Thank you
Thank You Matt Wallin and Wallin & Klarich A Law Corp
Thank you so very much Dan.
He did me good. I was very comfortable in court with him as my lawyer. I highly recommend this firm.
The best law firm in Southern California in my opinion. I had the privileged to be represented by attorney Brian S. Yin from the Tustin Office to recall an outstanding bench warrant. I had been living for many years with a bench warrant that kept coming up every time I was pulled over by the police. For my benefit, I was living in another state far away from California so they would not arrest me but it was very embarrassing. I learned to live with it until I applied for a passport and got rejected due to the warrant. I picked Wallin & Klarich to represent me after much time spent on research and I tell you this has been one of my best decision I ever made. Thanks to the level of expertise of this firm, my case got dismissed. I would recommend them without a doubt although I do not expect to ever need them to represent me again Thanks to Brian Yin.
Thank you for all your help!
It is a firm belief of mine that if attorneys are confident in their ability then a consultation fee should be a negligible amount that they should not put so much emphasis on. I understand they need to protect their time and interests but I would not have chosen Wallin and Klarich for a more serious case simply because of this policy they have. It comes off more like they have a track record of taking consultations and people choosing not to hire them because after the consultation they did not genuinely feel that this firm was the best choice. So after being burned like this many times they decided to enact a strict policy to always charge a consultation fee.
Is the $100 worth scaring away a potential client? We all know attorneys want to make money but atleast PRETEND that you care about helping the client and not just trying to make their money. My suggestion is they get rid of that consultation fee, especially for first consultations, because consultations are merely a cost of doing business for attorneys. If a potential client decides to take advantage of free consultations and abuses it then it's understandable to charge a fee, but when it is the first one it should be free... However, it is their business and they may choose how they want to run it.
I can just say from personal experience that I was ready to spend up to $10,000 to hire an attorney for a separate case and their need to charge me $100 for a consultation was a slap in the face. I was already a client paying them thousands of dollars, thrust into a very stressful situation, and when I came to them for help they seemed to care more about the consultation fee then to hear out my case and offer a plan of action to win over my business. This is undeniably the reason I chose to not even give them a chance on my other case. So because of their need to make a measly $100 off a consultation, they lost the potential to make thousands off of me. The need to charge a consultation fee speaks more about how they feel about their ability then it being a justified reason to charge clients. I met with many different firms, some very prominent ones, and they went out of their way to meet me outside of their office after working hours to consult with me for free.
Nonetheless, my overall experience with this firm was positive. Dan Goldman and the attention he showed me is primarily the reason I am giving them 4 stars. I hired them to obtain a result and that result is exactly what I got even though the time frame was a little bit different than what I was told. I understand at a certain point a case becomes out of the control of the attorneys and we are all at the mercy of the courts. Thank you Dan, you were a huge help to me!
Moreover, I have found the firm to be extremely conscientious and dedicated to the success of their clients. The clients that I have referred have had nothing but positive comments about the representation they received from the Wallin & Klarich Law Corporation.
As such, I highly recommend the Wallin & Klarich Law Corporation to any client who needs a strong advocate!
Sincerely,
Jeff A. Fleming
