Ron Kamran is one of the best attorneys I have worked with. I plan to refer him to every single person who I know. He is knowledgeable, professional and easily accessible. He helped me obtain my green card and he looked at all possible options for my case and advised me to pursue my green card application. I liked that he was honest and upfront about my case since the beginning since my case was a complex one because it was a waived in entry and it proved to be complicated as he indicated to me. Mr. Kamran represented me before the government and he was present with me on the day of my interview with the immigration officer. He prepared me well for the interview and there were no surprises with regards to the questions by the officer. At the end of the interview, we were told that cases like mine, because of a new policy, were being put on hold and that we would have to wait until further notice. Mr. Kamran just didn't think that the officer was correct in what he was saying so right after the interview Mr. Kamran quickly conducted his own investigation and research into what the Immigration officer told us and wrote a letter to the officer and the officer's supervisor about the outcome of his research. Mr. Kamran found out that the Immigration officer was completely wrong in his statements to us and Mr. Kamran also called me because after conducting extensive research he found that there was no policy that would put my case on hold. I was shocked and relived when I heard this because the officer had told us that they would sit on my case and I wouldn’t know when they would ever reach a decision! Mr. Kamran took the matter in his hands and a couple weeks later he called me and said that my case had been approved and my green card should arrive soon. I was so impressed with his level of care and concern because most lawyers would have just left it at that and not cared to pursue another way to help their client yet Ron was so helpful every step of the way. My name is Brenda Amezcua. Ron Kamran represented both of my parents before the US citizenship and immigration services in reference to a green card application for both of my parents. I was also present with my parents because i was the petitioner in that case. The immigration officer told both of my parents that the case was not approvable because of some legal basis which i did not fully understand because of the legalese except Mr. Kamran had a brief ready to show to the officer that the government was wrong on the law and in their position. I know for a fact that had it not been for Mr. Kamran, my parent's cases would have been denied and my parents would have been put into deportation proceeding and probably would have been deported back to Mexico. Mine was not going to be easy. I'd been living in the US since the late 90's on an expired visa and during that time managed to get myself in a little bit of trouble: DUI, DUI & Hit and Run and Assault w/a Deadly Weapon (non firearm) which I served half a year in a county jail. The assault case was from a bar fight which personally I think was overblown, but who am I to complain. I was in the wrong and that was that.

In 90 days we got marriage. some months later ,we had an interview. but they didn't give us for condition card until close to 2years they gave me a permanent card. I don't know why.

Ron Kamran is an excellent lawyer. My case is very complicated. My i485 was denied in 2012 and then appealed so the case was reopened.
